Be aware, when you order online it let's you choose your parking spot so they can bring your order out to your car but for some reason they don't do this anymore. The wings were good, but small. I also wish they didn't pile your saucy wings in the same to go box as the fries. Makes them very soggy. I recommend the Sweet Chili Zing sauce. On the plus side, I think they use Chili's ranch since they're in the same building. So the ranch is 10/10!

The chili was drowned in grease. We spooned the grease into another container, but still unable to eat the chili. The kindly replaced with enchilada soup, but spices not mixed appropriately, and was salty. Put us off on the whole meal. Did not enjoy the experience.

Ordered some garlic parm and plain (because some sauces arent very goid) boneless chicken last night. I messed up by not getting all garlic parm. They were amazing!! Highly recommended. Way more than enough curly fries also.

Stopped in for a snack while travelling. Great Service thanks to Tristyn. Our snack was a shareable appetizer, The Triple Dipper. This is the best app around. For the sheer fact that you can choose 3 items for your app. IT'S YOUR CHOICE. We chose the Big Mouth Bites x 2 because we both love them and the Chicken Crispers. The Big Mouth Bites were cheeseburger sammies and the chicken crispers were chicken tenders. We’ll keep trying ‘til we try them all.

When my moms steak was brought out the second time, the manager presented a ribeye that was still raw when originally asked to be cooked medium…and the side item was also incorrect. When my mom informed the manager it was still wrong, the manager replied with an attitude that she didn’t know what it was supposed to be. The whole job as a manager is to know what it is supposed to be! And ensure quality and customer satisfaction. With a smile and not a rude attitude. Miserable fail on her end but our server did such an amazing job and we loved that she cared so much about taking care of my mom.

My online confirmation says my orders are supposed to be handed to me outside but they refused to bring it to me. Staff are unfriendly and clearly hate the job. They also messed up my order and didn't give me everything I paid for. And this is the 2nd time I've tried to give them a chance. Last time it was just bad service. This time I'm done. Never ordering here again.

It's clear that they don't plan on having return customers. When I got there, I find out this place is actually Chili's, and my food wasn't ready, so after a short wait I'm handed my food, as I walk outside I put the straw in my Coke, take one drink and pour it out, seems they made my drink before the wings got dropped into the fryer. Wings were very basic and cold, so were the fries..and the "chocolate pie" was basically calzone filled with chocolate sauce a couple days ago. One bite and in the trash, this place is beyond bad.

Soup, cheeseburger, FF were just Not Good, waiter with his long hair hanging , looked unkept, cold FF are never good, cheeseburger greasy, soup was cheesy w few 1 potato & personally never been served soup without cracker !!!! Never again , save your money & go to McDonald’s .

We placed our order on line did not get our full order. We did call and we got our money back from what we did not get. It came with French fries and they were awful. Fries were soggy and the wings we got were awful also. I will never order from them again.

We went to Chili's for dinner on Sunday. We were seated right away but we were in the restaurant for way to long. Our server started out good, but would come and ask if we wanted something, but would only bring one thing at a time and it took him at least 10 minutes to come back each time. The food....Yuck! We used to love the chips and salsa, but this day the chips were so greasy that we had to shake the grease off before eating them. Most of them were stuck together and we wouldn't even eat those. I ordered a chicken fajita and the meat came out white. It had no grilling on it and it just tasted nasty. The black beans came out cold. Sadly, this will be our last time going to Chili's for a very long time.
