Donuts are huge and soft. I’m a fan of the Bavarian cream ones and they are packed full of cream unlike most that have just a dab in the center. $18 for a dozen at the time of this review is a pretty good price, $20 if you get a couple dozen holes with them. The staff is mainly young girls that are super nice and friendly but professional and seem to like their jobs. The atmosphere says standard donut shop but is more bright and welcoming by then say Dan’s donuts that’s been around for decades and hasn’t changed. I’ll be back for sure likely next week to get some more.
I come from Chicago and I was looking for a donut place and I definitely recommend this place

I usually enjoy my time at Jack's and the donuts are absolutely delicious, but recently I have had a bad experiences with JJ, she is super rude and does not care about customers, everyone else is great but her

Usually have good even great service, however going in recently and being helped by JJ kinda of changed my perspective she was outright rude to us and to the other workers, bringing everything down. She made the donut shop unpleasant place. Would only recommend if she’s not there.
