Usually have good even great service, however going in recently and being helped by JJ kinda of changed my perspective she was outright rude to us and to the other workers, bringing everything down. She made the donut shop unpleasant place. Would only recommend if she’s not there.

My wife and I came here for the first time today because we heard that they have amazing donuts. They did not disappoint. I got the blueberry cheesecake donut, and that icing was top-notch. Usually, cream cheese icing is artificial tasting and weird, but this was not. It was subtly sweet, too, so it didn't take away from the donut, and the donut wasn't too sweet. I got their jack'd sweet tea (strawberry), and it was good but way too sweet. We will definitely be back!
Parking: This is located in a Plaza with Jimmy John's, and there is plenty of parking.
I ordered Jacks Donuts with UberEats and highly recommend. Fast service and I ordered a half dozen but they gave me a whole dozen …perhaps because I’m a first time customer!? Regardless very thankful for this fantastic first experience with Jacks.
