Yesterday was mine and my wifes first time trying this place cause we normally go to firehouse subs. Confused by the menu I asked the guy a question and the look I got of disgust for me asking I almost left then but we finally get our order instead of giving me a bag or tray to carry all my food they just throw my shit on the counter and walk away. That was my first time and last time going to any jimmy johns location firehouse is way better anyway

Excellent sandwiches. Also… I mistakenly thought that they shorted me half of my order and called to complain. They guy was super nice and trying to help me when I realized my son had already taken half of the order out and set it aside for us. When I told the guy we found them he was super nice about that and was just glad we had our whole order. I feel so bad lol. Order was perfect and we’re enjoying the first half right now.

I’m originally from Jersey where we know subs and just moved out here about 2 years ago. We tried several places in town to find the best sub (and pizza of course) and finally tried Jimmy John’s. The subs have been great! I’ve bought a couple of subs every week for the last year and a half and haven’t had a bad one yet. The people behind the counter have been friendly with great customer service. Love the place! Thanks JJ of Kokomo!

The fact that we had to wait in the drive thru for almost an hour just to get 2 sandwiches, and had someone cut us in line because they weren’t even taking orders is really ridiculous. Get to the window and our food was already bagged waiting so what’s the hold up? It’s suppose to be fast food not slow food. Terrible service. Either need to hire more help or train your workers better.
Ordered a beach club sandwich twice I mentioned salt and pepper. I eat pepper on everything. Pay 10.00 for a sandwich no pepper no salt. I was highly disappointed I know sounds like I am complaining about something that is not important but why couldn't they just tell me they do not have salt and pepper... I would have chosen a different sandwich. So I called to say hey you forgot my salt pepper was going to turn around...I CALLED AND WAS THEN INFORMED JIMMY JONS DOES NOT HAVE SALT AND PEPPER... I will no longer do Jimmy Jon's I like pepper

You used to be freaky fast, now I sit in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. The kokomo location takes SO long. 5 cars pulled away because of all the waiting. If I hadn't placed a pick up order, I would of joined them.
