Asked for Hot peppers. Didn't see any on the sandwich. The kid at the counter argued that he put them on there, so brought my sandwich back and dug through the lettuce and found 3 slices of peppers. He claimed that was the normal portion. This place has gone down hill since it moved from Markland Plaza. Giving a great franchise a bad name.

Ordered online and never received my food.. called and tried to find out when my food was going to be delivered and the only delivery driver that is there screamed at me on the phone so I would suggest not to tip this delivery driver I have told my facility not to tip him as well at any time as long as he works there.. very rude and very poor poor service like I said never received my food after an hour of ordering and only two blocks away from the premises.. The worst experience in the world from management to staff

My wife and I got carry out: the Turkey Tom (#4) and the Pepe (#1). The service was fast and the staff were helpful and professional. Our sandwiches tasted fresh and delicious. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is for a little more smiling and friendliness, but no complaints really.

Kicking Ranch Chicken Wrap was sooooo spicy even with no peppers, had I known how spicy the ranch was I would've had it put on the side. My palate was not built for it.... ugh

Love their customer service! We had an issue, contacted the store manager and it was handled quickly and he went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of and we were happy! It’s easy to complain but I want to praise them for taking care of their customers!

Rudest employees ever period. then the quality sucks, their sign says, "Try any of your favorites toasted." LIES. They would not toast a wrap. Refuse to. the bacon was raw only reasonIwanted it toasted to begin with. And I have a picture of the BLT wrap, it's a lettuce wrap, there aint nothing else in it, worst service, worst food quality totally sucked. Kmart used to serve better sandwiches. Won't go back.

Yesterday was mine and my wifes first time trying this place cause we normally go to firehouse subs. Confused by the menu I asked the guy a question and the look I got of disgust for me asking I almost left then but we finally get our order instead of giving me a bag or tray to carry all my food they just throw my shit on the counter and walk away. That was my first time and last time going to any jimmy johns location firehouse is way better anyway

Excellent sandwiches. Also… I mistakenly thought that they shorted me half of my order and called to complain. They guy was super nice and trying to help me when I realized my son had already taken half of the order out and set it aside for us. When I told the guy we found them he was super nice about that and was just glad we had our whole order. I feel so bad lol. Order was perfect and we’re enjoying the first half right now.
After placing my lunch order, they refused to take $100 bill. Last time I was at this location it was cash only and they did take $100 bill.

I’m originally from Jersey where we know subs and just moved out here about 2 years ago. We tried several places in town to find the best sub (and pizza of course) and finally tried Jimmy John’s. The subs have been great! I’ve bought a couple of subs every week for the last year and a half and haven’t had a bad one yet. The people behind the counter have been friendly with great customer service. Love the place! Thanks JJ of Kokomo!

The sandwich is satisfactory but not something to make them my first choice. It was the most mediocre Cubano I've had. They forgot the some of the chips for our group order. They were overpriced for the quality of food.
