I came here to eat with my four kids spent over $40. We came from out of town. They gave us two plates and two spoons when I asked for more plates. The guy said he couldn’t do that. I said how am I supposed to eat? I then asked to talk to the manager he then giving me four plates but we still had two spoons i asked for 2 more he wouldn’t give me any so we had to share I asked to speak to the manager and she didn’t come out. We got the eight piece chicken basket meal and I wanted to sub some of the chicken for legs and they told me that it was a $3.59 per leg….Every KFC Ive went to is only a couple dollar up charge for changing the chicken. I would not recommend coming to this KFC!!

The staff is very unfriendly, sighs too much, is annoying, doesn't understand what I'm saying, doesn't try to communicate, and is racist. The chicken tastes like garbage. It's too salty, sticky, chewy, and tasteless.

So this was my reveiw 3 years ago.
Just sent my husband back for the first time in three years and guess what it's 7pm 3 hours before they close and they are out of chicken and he has to wait 20 minutes for an 8 peice meal. And the staff answer was here's a free drink. How about a discount better yet how about having chicken ready at the chicken restaurant ?.

It took me over 45 minutes to get my meal. Then both of my cold slaw containers were broken and leaked all over my food. So I called to get a refund & they said that I had to drive back with the food 30 MINUTES AWAY! SUPER PISSED ABOUT HAVING TO WAIT OVER 45 MINUTES & EXTREMELY PISSED OFF BECAUSE THE COLD SLAW LEAKED ALL OVER OUR CHICKEN!!!!

It was absolutely awful...6/21/24 and originally came to get a sandwich and at 3 p.m was told they had no chicken fillets for sandwiches or any popcorn chicken...could only order some bone in chicken or pot pies...then I was given the option of some chicken strips and they had to be the nastiest tenders I've ever ate in my 45 years alive...like they had sit under a heat lamp for 3 hours or longer....they fries were so salty I couldn't eat them plus cold...paid $12 to enjoy the biscuit and didn't even have honey for that

Whoever runs this store every night is garbage. They are always out of the nuggets and any white meat chicken. They always say they are out and they are frozen so can’t order any and this is always hours before they close I don’t recommend this store to anyone drive a litter farther to the other and get better food and service. Colonel Sanders would be rolling in his grave knowing these people are horrible

I ordered online. I added and redeemed a special of FREE spicy nuggets. It did not show up and the manager would not override it!! Said their bonuses and raises depends on loss. He could of easily comped this, but refused. Also said Corp kept count of the nuggets!
