I went a little late in the evening and ordered an 8 piece bucket all dark meat original recipe dinner. It was priced on the board at $20.99. I got to the window and asked why I was being charged almost $30 dollars and the response I got back was that that was just for the chicken. So my mashed potatoes and baked beans were worth $10? I was to get 4 biscuits with my meal as well, which I didn't get but they gave me some butter and not the honey that I wanted for the non existent biscuits. This was through the drive thru window. I'm not happy with Logansport KFC because this isn't the first time they have messed up my order. If you want to make sure your order is correct go inside to order your food.Vegetarian options: Non existentDietary restrictions: If you have restrictions this isn't the place to go.

I reminded Aaron 3 times what I ordered and still it was incorrect.
I came back in to tell them it was wrong and twice he said he couldn't hear me. I yelled and then was asked to leave for raising my voice.
I left and called the manager who said Although they gave me the wrong order, it was my fault because I raised my voice.
Rather than listening and correcting, they talk over you and escalate.
NEVER AGAIN!

Every time I try to get something here on a Sunday they are SOLD OUT! Tonight they had no chicken on the bone. Their single weekly delivery is on Mondays, and apparently their manager doesn't know how to order enough supplies....

Food was dried out.Coleslaw was juicy and ?, but chicken and potatoes were all dried out.The white guy taking my order was fantastic,very prompt and clear, but the food, minus the coleslaw.No bueno. ??The industry needs to regulate hold times for fast food. We're getting 15-20 minute old food every,single, time.Lobby and seating areas were clean, but empty anyways.

I ordered a 2 piece breast dinner the employee repeated back and I repeated back to him he tells me price I thanked him and pulled up to window paid and after a couple phone calls was able to eat open the box and see one breast and one thigh and paid for 2 piece breast meal 11 dollars plus change. Can't be that complicated they was busy at all to use as a excuse

We're big fans of KFC, so it takes a lot to disappoint us. The North End KFC disappointed us this last time. The chicken was overdone & extremely greasy. The staff seemed very pleasant & helpful. And they weren't busy, maybe that was a sign to move on, but again we really wanted KFC. Our sides were good, but the greasy burnt chicken was a real negative. I hope they can do better in the future.
Stacie Blackburn was at the window. In conversation she was working her 2nd, 2nd shift in a row and was still very pleasant. I had a big order and she had to put fresh chicken down. She was very sweet and should be rewarded for her amazing customer service. There isn't much of that left nowadays.
