Chicken was wayyyyy overcooked, beyond extra crispy. I don't think fast food workers think about that someone may have driven several miles to that particular place. And passed other restaurants on the way that I could have stopped. Anyway......

This is by far the worst KFC ever & unfortunately its the closest one to my house. They never have chicken. It does not matter if you order it inside, in the drive thru or online. They will still make you wait before greeting you. Then they will say they are out of chicken. Tonight the employee told me it would be a 20 min wait on a famous bowl bc they are out of chicken. I started to pull away and he said oh it will be 6 min. I pull up to the window to pay and he has me pull into a parking spot. Its been 15 min and im still waiting. I do not recommend this KFC to anyone.

Just went today on my lunch. I ordered a 6 piece spicy wing combo with apple pie bites. Wings were okay not fresh or hot, my fries were old seem like they just kept them warm and the apple pie bites were cold no warmers to them at all. I will not be spending my money here again!

I HAD SPECIAL REQUESTED ALL BREAST AND THIGHS ON THE CHICKEN. SO WHEN THE ORDER CAME THROUGH THE COMPUTER SYSTEM, IT NEVER SHOWED THAT. I WAS TO GET A FREE BUCKET OF CHICKEN PLUS IT NEVER SHOWED MY SPECIAL REQUEST OF ALL BREAST AND THIGHS . I SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER TERRY, AND SHE INFORMS ME THAT ALL ONLINE ORDERS.IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IN STORE ORDERS. AND TOTALLY REFUSED TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT AT ALL. SHE SAID, WHATEVER THAT RECEIPT SHOWS THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT SHE HAS TO PUT IN THE BUCKET, KFC is KFC. AND IF AN ADDITIONAL TWO PIECES OF BREAST AND TWO PIECES OF THIGHS WOULS SCRRW UP HER INVENTORY. So my sister bought a second 8 piece , we get home to eat and both buckets had so much disgusting grease ĺn the bottom our chicken was saturated and dripping with grease. SOOO I had to call the online customer service team and uh, let's see what transactions takes place to get this taken care of. But yet they have not called me back yet. .

Do not order food if you can't immediately pick it up. Greasy and cool fried chicken is none the rave. Cold corn and room temp potatos. Yum!Never again!
To KFC's defense, traffic held us up, which could not be helped.
The AC is out in the building we ate at. This has gone on for weeks now. They had a temp cooler in there on both visits. It clearly was not powerful enough to cool the seating area.
Hot chicken (if ordered there), a hot day, and hot fryers adding to the heat. We couldn't wait to get out of their both times.
When your order is cooked fresh and the AC is working, there's an enjoyable meal to be found. The staff are efficient and kind.
Your patrons deserve better, KFC!

This place has become a JOKE. They’re ALWAYS out of chicken, and the last couple times I’ve attempted to order here there’s been a minimum 30 minute wait after waiting at the speaker five minutes for someone just to tell you they’re out of chicken! How does a chicken place run out of chicken??!? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. On the off chance they have chicken the prices are so outrageous you might as well go to a restaurant and dine in.
