Kokomo Fish Chicken & Gyros

I came in town and ordered an Italian beef and a gyro for my husband. My beef was pretty good, but my husband said the gyro was not good because they put grilled onions instead of raw onions on it, and that messed up the whole sandwich. I myself know Raw onions go on gyros they may wanna change this or at least ask when someone orders it.

Good food and clean inside. Need to update the online menu though as the prices are WAY out of date. Main thing is this is like the only place that doesnt cut a wing in half and try to sell them separate.

The dude in the back started fighting with this customer that has been waiting half an hour for whatever he ordered but he was mad. Instead of dealing with it like good customer service, he refuses a refund, had a cussing fit and makes them wait FOR OTHER ORDERS before theirs. It may seem over the top but this is the Industry your in the customer service industry. Big sign that the guy is a big baby

Despite our polite inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation for the delay.When we finally decided to request a refund due to the excessive wait time and lack of attention from the staff, we were met with outright refusal. The restaurant's management displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude towards our concerns, which only added to our frustration.Overall, I cannot recommend Fish, Chicken, and Gyros based on this experience. The poor service, extended wait times, and refusal to address customer grievances demonstrate a lack of respect for patrons' time and satisfaction. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and professionalism.

It was our first time here and it was fantastic. Both the service and food were great. We ordered the shrimp combo and the shrimp were huge and very fresh. The fries were hot and crispy too! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again and we look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Called to place a family order at 8:37pm on a sunday. Guy on the phone said,"We are closing and no longer taking orders." But they dont close till 9pm on sundays. If I was the owner of this business, I'd be livid any of my employees turned down a large money making order before close. Wont bother trying to make a order again.
