The dude in the back started fighting with this customer that has been waiting half an hour for whatever he ordered but he was mad. Instead of dealing with it like good customer service, he refuses a refund, had a cussing fit and makes them wait FOR OTHER ORDERS before theirs. It may seem over the top but this is the Industry your in the customer service industry. Big sign that the guy is a big baby

However, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we were made to wait for a staggering 30 minutes while the staff prioritized preparing food for other customers. Despite our polite inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation for the delay.When we finally decided to request a refund due to the excessive wait time and lack of attention from the staff, we were met with outright refusal. The restaurant's management displayed a dismissive and unprofessional attitude towards our concerns, which only added to our frustration.Overall, I cannot recommend Fish, Chicken, and Gyros based on this experience. The poor service, extended wait times, and refusal to address customer grievances demonstrate a lack of respect for patrons' time and satisfaction. It's disappointing when a restaurant fails to uphold basic standards of customer service and professionalism.

I always get their Chicago tenders and fries and they never disappoint! Usually takes about 15 minutes for the food to be done (for takeout) and when I get home it's usually still pretty hot! Never had tenders that were so seasoned with lots a flavor 10/10! There's usually a lady that runs the drive thru and they're always pretty nice and accommodating! :)

It was our first time here and it was fantastic. Both the service and food were great. We ordered the shrimp combo and the shrimp were huge and very fresh. The fries were hot and crispy too! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again and we look forward to trying the rest of the menu!

Called to place a family order at 8:37pm on a sunday. Guy on the phone said,"We are closing and no longer taking orders." But they dont close till 9pm on sundays. If I was the owner of this business, I'd be livid any of my employees turned down a large money making order before close. Wont bother trying to make a order again.

Tried it for the first time the other day and I was blown away. The food was fixed fast and correct. The size was so big for a cheesesteak sandwich. Only thing I wish they had given us was napkins.

Got a gyro lunch carry out, it came with fries and I ordered a side of Mac n cheeseAbsolutely demolished the gyro on my lunch break, it was fantastic. The meat was hot, the sauce was super flavorful and the bread was buttery and warm, a fantastic build to the sandwich all the way around. The fries are generously seasoned, fresh, and crisp. No complaints here! I'll definitely be grabbing my lunch here again soon

Im from Crown Point, work out of town, my brother in law says let's try that place out. So we did, and been coming here once a week, sometimes with my sons when they work with me. Amazing fish and chicken. Next week we are trying the Gyros. Highly recommend.
