I apologize, but I would appreciate it if you refrained from requesting a tip and then displaying disappointment and frustration when it is declined. I declined to provide a tip after waiting in line for 20 minutes behind 3 cars while the attendant at the window engaged in conversation with her friends. The customer ahead of me required 6 minutes to receive his single drink order, as the attendant prioritized conversation over fulfilling her duties. I ordered two drinks, which were handed to me in approximately 2 minutes. I was purchasing those drinks for my elderly parents, who are fond of that location. That is the sole reason I remained in line. However, after sharing my experience with them, they have decided not to return to this location.

I have been a customer for YEARS, until today! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD AT EITHER OF THE LEXI'S!!! WHY???? Right before she swiped my card for $5.55, she asked if I wanted to leave a tip (which is a question they've never asked before but I didn't think about it too deep)... I paid, was given no receipt and pulled off and ate my food within seconds (because their portions ain't worth anything anyway) the cashier overcharged my card by $2! Which messed everything up because I only had so much on my card. I went back and she physically handed me my money which proves she knew exactly what she was doing when she swiped my card. She added her own tip after I politely declined tipping in the 1st place. Good bye! Have a nice life! Never again! Very dishonest employees!!!

If you find yourself in Kokomo, this drive thru place is a must go! They had such fun options of drinks! All of us got a different specialty drink, and all of them were super delicious! Really hit the spot on a hot day!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! The staff is really sweet. I met the owner and she is the sweetest. If I could give more the 5 stars I would the drink and chili cheese dog were very delicious. In addition to the obnoxious “do you want a tip on the card” question from the employee doing their job they are paid to do, the quality of the drinks has gone down hill since new ownership. Loaded up with ice and not much flavor like they use to have. Going to have to be done wasting money here.
Chili cheese dog was quality of one from a gas station and the chicken salad sliders were poor quality also. Like I got the prepackaged one from Walmart and put on a sweet roll taste. Figured it would be pretty good like a little mom and pop shop but this was not the case. “Something Good” restaurant and Yolanda’s are great local owned restaurants I’ve visited so far in Kokomo.
