Walked in 5 mins before they closed & they turned me & three other people away (other group walked in before us). I understand that is pushing it a little close. Sign said open, door was unlocked, walked in before 9 and they still turned us away. Not the end of the world but very disappointed in service and professionalism. Lost money on what would have been 4 paying customers.
Ridiculously long wait For dining in With three other customers in their whole restaurant Waited 45 minutes for a small pizza a grinder and breadsticks that came out last ridiculous will not be coming back
Really didn't stay and eat the whole reason stopped to try was taco pizza and it wasn't on menu so ended up at the Plymouth location and was able to enjoy an amazing taco pizza
Clean restroom, excellent food, LARGE portions, friendly staff. Will definitely be going again soon.
Best Grinder Sub's by far in central Indiana area. Also they are Military Friendly
Pizza is excellent. Really hits the spot. Has the fluffiest breadstix in town. Pizza is not overly sweet, which I appreciate. The only downside is they only give you enough cheese and marinara dip for 2 breadstix. The pizza was also not cut. Every single piece had to be ripped apart.
This is a nice place to grab lunch or dinner, done in or take out. Tastes just like it did in college.
Haven’t been to a Mancino’s for a long time, going in ten years. Was super hyped when driving thru Kokomo to see this franchise still being around. The quality of food is not at all what I remember, the menu is missing a lot of the staple items that Mancino’s was known for. No nachos, no taco grinder, the Hawaiian Pizza was sub par. Although their crust and sauce was excellent. The grinders are HUGE, and we left full with boxes of left overs.
The service and vibe of the whole location is such an inviting and warm experience. I was satisfied with our choice, even though the food wasn’t as good as i remember.
Unique take on some old favorites, always very clean.
Garlic bread was delicious, pizza could have been cooked more. Took a long while to receive our food, clean restaurant.

We were first time visitors.
We got a 12” Hawaiian pizza. It was delicious. We also got a 16” strack choice grinder and it was fabulous. We will be eating here again

Food was good. Service was good. Place was a little dirty. Just seemed under staffed.

I sincerely wish they had a second restaurant located in Westfield, IN. Now, to eat their wonderful food, I have to make a pilgrimage to Kokomo just to eat there. But .... it is definitely worth it!

I ordered a pizza online for in store pickup. The pizza was not what I ordered, and they would not make it right. I left and won't be back, ever.
