The food was a little underwhelming and the table was rickety. Service was fine and everything came out correctly, but it was not something I’m racing to go back to unfortunately. Also their sides for an Italian restaurant are wack. There was mashed potato’s and gravy, onion rings, fries, and several other items that felt out of place.
Tonight my wife and I decided to eat Italian, and since Martino’s was couple of blocks away, that was our choice. Hers was chicken parmigiana, mine was Lasagna with extra cheese. She loved her chicken, stating it was very juicy and tender and awesome flavor. My Lasagna, however, was very disappointing for a dinner portion at $18. It's changed since the last time we were there. Food wasn't as good as I remembered. Service seemed slow. I can't give them too low of a score because they try.. Will we go back, probably not.
