It's just bullshit I have to wait at the microphone for nearly a hour to get my food I won't be coming to this McDonald's anymore, the wait isn't worth the food I paid for, and the service is complete trash, it's dirty inside from what I can see and that's just from the window which I waited an additional 10 mins at the window after they took my order. This place is a complete joke and shouldn't exist if you can't be fast in a fast food place, especially when I did finally get my order it was completely wrong, I ordered me a big Mac with no to everything except the sauce and onions then it gave me every without onions which I don't like pickles... I ordered my dad a double quarter pounder and they gave him a normal quarter pounder with way too many onions when it shouldn't have any since he didn't want onions.

Terrible freaking experience. Ordered a mobile order in the curbside and had to wait 30 minutes, look at my app to find out my order was changed to drive through, so I get my food and it's cold. Thanks for lack of communication, screwing my food up again. Not impressed. If u don't have ppl to do the job right close the joint instead of passing ppl off

Only complaint is this seems to be the slowest McDonald's in town when it comes to drive thru. They have had staffing issues for at least the past 7 years and I'm sure that contributes to it. The food is still 95% of the time right/fresh so that's a plus, a lot of the staff are super friendly especially Colette! She's been there for a long time and is amazing at her job ♡

Always almost 30 minutes for my meal to be ready. At one point, I ordered food and selected to pick up at the counter, only to find the door locked before the dining room should have been closed (possibly low staff but hard to tell). After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru, they told me to come to the window as they couldn't find my order. I sat at the window for another 10 minutes. I was then almost handed someone else's drink and food as the guy at the window didn't even confirm who I was. I finally got my food and it was cold.
McDonalds isn't worth the wait at these prices and level of service. Paying restaurant prices to sit in my car for a little food while I watch a movie to pass the time is crazy. Cars are always wrapped around the building at any time of day, "busy" or not.
Everytime I come to this location, i have to wait in the reserved spots for 20 minutes just for a hamburger and fries and its always cold so i know its not just been made.

Took 16 minutes to get a diet coke at curbside service. Last time at this McDonald's it too 26 minutes!! Something is terribly wrong if a DC takes that long to bring to curbside.

I like that this McDonald's has their drink fountains. What I don't like is that you can't pay in cash without using a real person.
I know the following isn't the franchisee owner's fault, but inflation has plagued McDonald's big time,
to where people would rather pay extra for a sit down restaurant's burger instead.
Not the most pleasant experience, but typical for fast food giants.
