Waited at the drive for 10 minutes just to order a large rootbeer, got the rootbeer. WASNT even filled all the way and NO ICE. Half assed my whole drink.

Waited in the drive thru for 20+ mins for a 6 piece nugget, one double cheeseburger a large fry and 2 small cokes. Get to the window and the guy sort of aggressively hands out the bag followed by 2 drinks. Doesn't speak one word. Very rude on top of the long wait, only to be given ice cold frys and no sauce for kids nuggets. If I could give you zero stars it would seem more fitting. 👎

If I could go lower I would. Ordered my food at 12:50 arrived at 1 for mobile pick up. Waited until 1:17 before I walked inside. Manager I’m assuming says oh it didn’t pop up in our system, yet the food with the mobile order had been done for nearly 20 minutes. Walked out side and checked the food. Ice cold. Walked back in and same gentlemen asks what’s wrong with the order. I tell him and he takes the bag and slams it into the garbage can that is full of other orders right there in front of me. Yells that he needs my order remade now and storms away. No apology no nothing. This place is terrible.

Closest Mcdonalds to my home so find myself here frequently when looking for a quick bite to eat, its usually pretty alright and all around a normal experience but too many times have i had to listen to employees argue and yell at each other in the back while simply waiting for food, honestly might aswell just go a little further for a better experience.
I think mcdonald's corporation should investigate this franchise as they open when they want.They do not open the lobby.Sometimes I think this franchise needs to be taken away by mcdonald's corporation and given to another franchise owner

Closest McDonald’s to me and how do you let your customer service, quality/quality control, and honestly management get so bad. 4/10 orders get messed up if not a larger number. And I have had multiple experiences where it just feels intentionally malicious. Like it is INSANE. Do better if your are going to continue raising prices. And we all know the job is not that hard as we have almost all had some type of position there or related. Be so for real.

This McDs has gone to crap. Takes FOREVER to get through the drive thru. Last night we ordered a number one and a number two meal got home and they forgot the fries out of the number one meal which was the only thing I was looking forward to after surgery at the hospital. And the fries that were there were like greasy freaking earthworms. Cmon man. West Sycamore it is from here on out.

Id give no stars if i could. Place is AWFUL and just keeps getting worse. Morning and mid-shift , seems to be the worst. Disrespectful workers and the management is the same. Ran by a bunch of careless people constantly looking for an argument. FoodDrinks are always wrong, wait time is insane with hardly anyone in line or in drive thru, when u pull up to the drive thru nobody will even greet u on the speaker sometimes. It's almost unreal how these people are getting by with this.
