Genuinely surprised. Every time I get a Mcdouble or a double cheeseburger from this location, the burger comes with zero onions each time and this time the burger had no ketchup. This is maybe the 5th burger I've gotten this year from this location and its the same every time.

Stopped by the newly remodeled McDonald’s on Alto Road in Kokomo, and while the modern update looks nice, it’s not really my style. They removed the drinking fountains, which still feels inconvenient, and there’s definitely less human interaction now, making it harder to ask quick questions. The parking lot is plentiful and set up as a one-way flow, which actually makes it pretty efficient to get in and out. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the restrooms were clean, which I appreciated. I was able to order, use a coupon, get my food, eat, and leave without any hassle. It did the main job. The new setup just isn’t my preference, but the restaurant itself operated smoothly. Overall, functional and efficient, even if the remodel takes away some of the classic conveniences.

If i could give Zero stars i would. Upon talking to a manager over getting my meal replaced because morning shift at Alto dont do their jobs correct, i came to get my replacement meal only to be told i wasnt allowed to get it after already talking to another manager about it. I strongly recommend Markland Ave Mcdonalds instead of this one. They always make it right for customers!! As for Alro Rd, YALL ARE A JOKE!!

peaceful atmosphere the food was so good customer service was really good they were very kind they smiled and the food was made fast and was hot!! I ordered a cheeseburger however I ordered lettuce on my cheeseburger and I paid 50 cents and I did not get what I thought I would get however they made my coffee great I had extras put in it and it made it in a larger cup which made me happy 😁 the price was great I use my app and I get free stuff all the time I love it! However the other day had an experience with a manager there that was not so good but today made up for it so the crew that was working today you're doing a great job thank you

It's always a great place to go and the people that work in the grill area make great food. Especially Jay and Ernesto they are quick at getting the food out and hot and delicious
I ordered ahead through the app but still had to wait quite a while for my drink. My bacon egg and cheese bagel has no egg on it, so it's not much of a sandwich. Unfortunately, I'm on a road trip, and the app won't refund me. What a waste of money.

Overall Good Experience! Order taker was quick and accurate, person who took the order was also taking cash but did great considering that! Only critique would be I ordered Extra Onion and Extra Seasoning on My Steak Bagel and received No Seasoning and No Onion. Other than that Good Job!
