Newest McDonalds in town and its the worst. The staff is incompetent and then rude if you complain. Every time they screw up the orders leaving out something. On my last visit I got a chicken sandwich that was so tough and grisly I couldn’t bite through half of it. Waiting in the drive through tonight and got skipped two times by the other lane. The guy running the mic mumbled and then nothing for several cars worth of orders. When I commented out loud after being skipped once “Seriously!” I waited and then when the next car got served I commented again “Seriously, Why did I get skipped twice?” the little douche working the mic replied “Serious as a heart attack, your not getting served.” No sign saying that lane was closed. No explanation on any reason to be rude or skip my car. They are busy because of the location so they do not care about customer service or getting orders right. Barely open six months and the inside of the store is dirty and greasy.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with only pickle and onion and a large fry what i got was a cheeseburgers with pickle only no onions and cold fries had to heat it up in microwave

I like this location. The automatic kiosk I can make my order and pay in cash without using a real person.
The other location further north: not so much.
I can easily park and walk in, even during busy times.
Prices are lower compared to competition.
Double quarter pounder meal is a fresh and wonderful classic.
The only downside: no more soda fountain, which is fine if you don't plan on refilling your drink.

This is the crotch of all of Kokomo McDonald's. It is absolutely terrible. Can't get a sandwich without sauces being all over the bun. Slow slow slow. Pull you over to curbside EVERYTIME I order. Orders incorrect frequently. Nobody at the counter to help and all they have are kiosk inside and the workers act like they don't have time to help on the kiosk. As if McDonald's doesn't suck enough this concept is even worse.

Every time I go to this location I have an issue. And this time I order my food as normal and I go to pick it up and when I get there, the manager tells me that they didn’t have my order and it must be a different location. I showed them my receipt and they still told me they weren’t going to make it for me. $20 down the drain, this was my last time going to this location. Absolutely ridiculous service

Don't even bother coming here. They just rebuilt the whole building and still can't make a coffee. During breakfast time and they cant make coffee. If you want a decent mcds experience, leave kokomo. All the mcdonalds here can't make anything to save their lives.

Stop to get long awaited return of McRIB....was very disappointed hardly any bar b que on it at all. Loved the messy sandwich with all the sauce on it...I guess them days are gone. Will not return to get another this season. Plus was over 12.00 for McRib value meal. Would not mind paying that if it was like it use to be... ....sad!
