Was pulled to a parking spot and waited for 15 minutes for a SINGLE happy meal. That was the only thing I ordered. I watched MULTIPLE cars in the drive through, who got there after me, get their food and leave. I finally went inside to get my food and she asked someone if the happy meal needed to go out. I asked if that one was mine and she said yes. Food was cold. I don't understand.

It does not matter what time of day you go. These people take 30 minutes to make a damn cheeseburger. It's like they hire the most incompetent people as possible. I've left twice after the line not moving for half an hour. How hard is it to throw a damn burger on the grill.

This is quite possibly the slowest McDonald's in town. In the amount of time it takes you to get through the drive through... You could go have a nice sit down dinner and see a movie..
I gave this review awhile ago and I am now revisiting it in 2024. Now you'd think I would be revisiting it to change something to be more positive but no. This McDonald's has singlehandedly stayed as the slowest one in Kokomo. You're EASILY looking at a 20 minute wait in drive through for "fast" food this is completely unacceptable

Two of my last three trips have been subpar! 35 minutes in the drive, or park through? My order was incorrect, and I used the app. The app says call the store. I guess I need to change stores.

I get my coffee here sometimes. I use the app and do curb pickup to avoid the lines and I always get fast and friendly service.

This particular location used to be good, not anymore, sadly. So not only does McDonald's always have an ice cream machine down problem, they now don't like to do frappe's so coincidentally they told me no about getting a frappe in the middle of the day, and if you ask for an iced coffee apparently thats an inconvenience also. Basically I do not recommend this particular place.

Don't even bother wasting your time here. They are always out of things or "their machine is down". Hell they can't even make coffee for breakfast anymore .
Horrible food.... hardly warm. Fries fried in old grease and not even warm. The best part of this meal was leaving it in the garbage.
Service time has decreased considerably over the previous system. You now have to wait for cold food.
The staff was stressed and not polite to many of the clients.
The new style McDonald's is a joke. It's a joke that isn't even funny.
Sad to pay such a huge amount of hard earned money for the very substandard meal.

If I could give it a negative Stars I would I usually am pretty tolerant and cut people's slack and I know it's Black Friday but I come through to get some sandwiches on my way home and the person taking the order through the drive-thru was rude as heck and when I got to the window I asked if I can add a Coke to the order I'd pay cash or whatever I had to do and the girl was really rude you're not allowed to. Which normally I would have been okay with. But the person taking the order the person at the window they were all very rude
