This is a common issue with most fast-food places, but it's something I seem to have this problem with McDonald's more than any of them. When going through the drive-thru, they don't get our complete order in the bag. Then when I get home we're short a sandwich, dessert, fry, or whatever. I try to check the orders before I leave, but sometimes that isn't always possible. I don't live in town, so driving back to the restaurant to pick up what they miss isn't an option.

Melted shake spilled on floor was there when we walked in...noone cleaned it up we got our order, ate our meal and it was still there on the floor up front where all kitchen and cashiers had to walk over it! NO EXCUSE FOR THAT LEVEL OF FILTH!!! and thats just what was visible!

The best McDonald's I have been to in a long time! Sycamore store in Kokomo.The young lady working the front was fabulous! Such a wonderful person all the way around! Miss Lizzie helped cash us out. She brought our food out to us. She went around with coffee to refill the folks cups who was sitting down! She is just an awesome person! Thank you Miss Lizzie, for the best customer service I have seen in a long time! U deserve a raise for the great job! We need more people like her.Kid-friendliness: Super friendly to my son. So nice there are a couple of indoor play places for the children to enjoy, especially on these very hot days. The new Smokehouse burger is very good. Haven't tried the chicken version yet but it's on my list. Missed the Smokehouse chicken sandwich and wish their regular chicken were not kept so long in the bin.

the young lady who waited on me at the register turn around and took a sip of her shake before waiting on me ,and also a young man was standing behind the counter eating his food and taking to another person in front of customers I thought that was not sanitary at all .

They kept forgetting the hammer they wore slow and rude when I asked told them that the hamburger they gave me wasn't the one I order I even showed them the receipt and one of the lady's kept giving me attitude they wore out of all the hot drinks it was

They were not on it tonight. I waited at the window for 10 mins for a Caramel Macchiotto. No shortage of workers. Just seemed very unorganized. I usually have no issues in the mornings (7:20am ish), but tonight (6:15pm) was not a good time for the drive-thru.

The only reason I gave it a 2 is because for some odd strange reason my chicken nuggets actually we're warm this time. It's like this all day long but it's even worse at night, you cannot get through the drive-thru in less than 15 minutes even if there's only two or three cars in line. My quarter pounder was so dried out it had actually shrank and didn't even come close to fitting the bun either that or they gave me some other type of patty. Most of the McDonald's in Kokomo are like this. I'm not sure if they're all are owned by the same people or not but they sure act like it. Terrible food terrible service.

Doesn't even deserve one star!!! After waiting in that maze of a drive thru for over 25 min, pulled up to the window where they take your money, the window was open? Nobody there??? I waited another few min... pulled on up to the food window and that young girl was so rood!! She slings the window open and says " umm can I help you"? ( mind you, there are about 15 cars behind me at this point)... " I said yes, isn't anyone working at your money station? She says yea,,,? I said well there hasn't been anyone there for quite some time... make a long story short,,, they gave me the wrong order, a cold cheeseburger with a hard bun and when I asked them to replace it, they asked me to pull over!!!! When I refused,,, they refused to give me my change back from my money or my new cheeseburger!!! I was absolutely furious...... slung my sprite all over there window and left!!! I'll NEVER spend another penny in that rotten establishment! ( only reason I went in the first place is because my 4 yr old grandson wanted a happy meal...(no doubt for the toy, the food die isn't worth a fart!)... Don't waist your time! It suck's.

Someone from another location really needs to get in there and teach them how to do their job. There is no reason for them to be so behind every second of everyday to the point that even when only one customer is in the drive thru.. they have to be pulled forward and wait 5+ minutes for one mcdouble made plain. Just because you guys have the stupid drive thru spots now because you are so slow doesn't mean they must be used. And another thing. How can you be that slow and still mess up every order. Speed the hell up. Or find other employees that can. Would definitely recommend just shutting this one down the other locations can make due with our town.
