Was willing to give new owners a second chance,plus the salad bar was what I was really excited about.Salad bar tasted chemically( horrible) which I was so disappointed.The lettuce was already browning. My crustless pizza came out over 10 mins after husband and daughter's pizza,the staff was rude like" well your CRUSTLESS( like 5x 5 mini )takes longer ".I said," then why didn't they start other pizza later"? Guy was rude " I don't know ask Noble Roman's" and stormed away...🤔🤔 They never ONCE checked on us !!! Never again.

Tried 4 tables before we got situated , they were all wobbly ,had to get own drinks. Ordered Sicilian stye pizza very dry not enough cheese,skimpy on sauce.. dry areas on top dry bottom of pizza. Disappointed , used to work there! Don't have one where I live now.

If you go make sure and DO NOT follow the “self serve” instructions. If you go to a seat first you will be at the end of a long line when you do go back to order. I’ll give them it was a Friday night & busy but come on! In addition the refreshment (drink bar) was down and there were no utensils. Not sure we’ll be back.🙁
On a positive note, the pizza was great!

Went in and was waiting to be seated as employees stood and stared at us. chatted amongst their selves while staring. We walked out out. Will not go back.

Waitress was rude and seeing the manager sitting at a booth talking on her cell phone and on her computer while this rude server was acting up made it more crazy. Finally asked the manager to get up and bring our drinks to us.
Stood at the host stand for awhile without being acknowledged while watching multiple employees standing around and talking. Finally got seated and was told our server, Tyler, would be right over. Sat for 10 minutes with no one coming over to get a drink order or anything. Watched another employee ask Tyler if he wanted them to take care of us. He said no and then went over to stand with another group of employees to talk and stare at their phones. Ended up walking out after still being ignored by every employee. Terrible experience.

I am not one to complain about food, but I ordered a Meaty Mafioso pizza today.it looked SO good on tbeir FB page! Definitely didn't look anything like the picture on their page! It tasted good, but I was very disappointed...especially for $15!
