I asked for no meat sauce on my spaghetti, comes out with meat sauce I ask nicely for it to not have meat sauce on it , they quote on quote fix the issue put the same meatballs back in the dish even tho they where sitting on top of the meat sauce if I don’t eat pork I don’t know why they thought that was appropriate. Then I took a couple bites was full asked for a box as I’m putting it in the box notice there is meat sauce all on the bottom . I get upset at this point. I tell my server she argues back that they threw that dish away it couldn’t have meat sauce even tho it’s clear as day on the pasta. She takes my cash for bill gets change . I go to host ask for manager his way of fixing issue is correct the food order I don’t feel safe eating there spaghetti after those two mess ups not only that he claims it’s going to be fixed up quickly for me here I am now waiting on food I don’t want and won’t eat and now my times being wasted.

Exceptional service! Fast and friendly. Food was tasteful. We came 2 times in a single week period and it was the same each time. Atmosphere was wonderful! Hands down one of my favorite dine in restaurants. Perfect for date night or for the whole family. Pricing is really good.

We called ahead to see if we could get in twelve people and they said, no, so we took our business somewhere else. Unfortunately, we love their food, but I guess they didn't want our business.

Went in to talk about the catering menu the manager is extremely uninviting and uninterested. I told him I would just order online and walked out. Everytime I go in he has no smile and borderline rude. If you are in the service industry you need to be friendly at the very least.

I took a date, day in the bar outer area. Both of our flatware was dirty when they came out of the rolls. We asked for new and the manager happily obliged, but explained that they are having a water issue where they could run their water softener or the dishwasher properly but not both. Server was more interested in talking to her friends at the next table than taking our orders or coming back to see if we needed anything; the manager ended up giving us more service than the server did. My date had a chicken dish which was good. I got steak and pasta and my food tasted like I should have been there the day before to eat it when it was made. Bottomless soup was extremely thin and bland. I won't be returning.

Ok so all Olive Garden restaurants are pretty much the same, the consistency is why we like them. This review is entirely based on the staff. They are above and beyond what I’ve seen at high-end restaurants. I’m here on the day after Christmas sitting at the bar and have listened to the bartender who is super busy take calls from people placing to go orders for large families. He has taken the time with each of these calls to go into detail about how many people they feed. He actually went back to the kitchen and measured a pan size for a customer on the phone mind you and he takes every opportunity to try to save them a little money like recommending a gallon of tea rather than six glasses of tea. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anywhere anymore!

For the price, it really wasn't worth it. Everything was bland in the Tour of Italy meal. Not much sauce on the fettucine.

We come here about once a month and usually its all awesome, tonight was different although our server was absolutely amazing,the kitchen was so slow by time we got our food we literally just put it in to go boxes,which defeats the purpose of going out....to dinner. definitely first time not happy here
