Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

There was a small mixup with who was to be our server after being seated, but the staff was deeply and sincerely apologetic. Everyone was super friendly and attentive to our table. Lunch tasted amazing and we can't wait to go back!

Excellent customer service! The restaurant closes at 10 as do many in Kokomo. My flight was delayed multiple times Kokomo at 9:45. I ran into the restaurant hoping to order two salads. One for dinner and one for lunch the next day work. Trying to be respectful of the time I asked them if they could take the order. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she had a big smile on her face and said of course. She took my order as a co-worker said she would start the salads. Everyone was so helpful! The manager had a conversation with me about my flight delays and rushing to get to the restaurant on time. Everyone who helped me was patient and provided great customer service! And, of course, the salad was delicious! I'm visiting the area for work and I will be back!

The chicken Alfredo here is amazing I was so lucky have an waitress named cyncere, she was helpful,pretty and respectful even when my order got switched around b it it wasn’t she apologized and continued serve us. Will come again

We spent 2 hours waiting for a $107 meal that’s about $12 worth of actual pasta on a Monday night. I felt terrible for our server and she did excellent. Manager was nowhere to be found. They said he was in the kitchen and I believe that. Start paying people more money so when we spend $107.

First, it’s important to note that the servers/waitresses are absolutely amazing! I hope I’m spelling the name right, but Kayleigh was beyond attentive and ensured that I had everything I needed while I dined. The other waitresses as well were amazing when I visited previously as well. The hosts tend to be on their phones a bit and don’t greet you right when you walk in, which can be a bit awkward. Overall, the food is good and I would come back primarily for the amazing service.

I’m not a big “Italian” eater. But have been here twice - for birthdays- this evening being our second time. We have had a great experience both times! Both Cincere and Tyler were both taking care of our table (party of 15). They were both awesome! I wish more people in other restaurants were like them & had a great attitude like you both! Food was not too shabby, decent portion!

I asked for no meat sauce on my spaghetti, comes out with meat sauce I ask nicely for it to not have meat sauce on it , they quote on quote fix the issue put the same meatballs back in the dish even tho they where sitting on top of the meat sauce if I don’t eat pork I don’t know why they thought that was appropriate. Then I took a couple bites was full asked for a box as I’m putting it in the box notice there is meat sauce all on the bottom . I get upset at this point. I tell my server she argues back that they threw that dish away it couldn’t have meat sauce even tho it’s clear as day on the pasta. She takes my cash for bill gets change . I go to host ask for manager his way of fixing issue is correct the food order I don’t feel safe eating there spaghetti after those two mess ups not only that he claims it’s going to be fixed up quickly for me here I am now waiting on food I don’t want and won’t eat and now my times being wasted.

Exceptional service! Fast and friendly. Food was tasteful. We came 2 times in a single week period and it was the same each time. Atmosphere was wonderful! Hands down one of my favorite dine in restaurants. Perfect for date night or for the whole family. Pricing is really good.

We called ahead to see if we could get in twelve people and they said, no, so we took our business somewhere else. Unfortunately, we love their food, but I guess they didn't want our business.

Went in to talk about the catering menu the manager is extremely uninviting and uninterested. I told him I would just order online and walked out. Everytime I go in he has no smile and borderline rude. If you are in the service industry you need to be friendly at the very least.
