Went in to talk about the catering menu the manager is extremely uninviting and uninterested. I told him I would just order online and walked out. Everytime I go in he has no smile and borderline rude. If you are in the service industry you need to be friendly at the very least.
Ok so all Olive Garden restaurants are pretty much the same, the consistency is why we like them. This review is entirely based on the staff. They are above and beyond what I’ve seen at high-end restaurants. I’m here on the day after Christmas sitting at the bar and have listened to the bartender who is super busy take calls from people placing to go orders for large families. He has taken the time with each of these calls to go into detail about how many people they feed....
