Never got a chance to receive food, they sat us down and forgot us! Waste of time!

Usually enjoy outback but our experience at the Kokomo IN location was terrible.

Hostess informed up it would be a thirty minute wait. Very politely I said ok not a problem could we wait on our table at the bar? She said that was fine. The bartender was great. The Hostess came and took us to our table. Where we were completely ignored for atleast 20 mins. Then the waitress stopped at our table and just started at us without saying anything and proceeded to ask us why we were there.

Our steaks we not cooked as we asked and im not usually one to send anything back. So I ate about half of it and just dealt with it since no one came to check on us or get us any refills. Our sides (Mac n Cheese) we stone cold.

Very disappointed for a 100$ meal and more than likely will not return to this location.

Fast and friendly service and good food served fast. Was definitely there at a slow time, but the service was awesome and the food was good. Maybe a little pricey, but what isn't these days, right?

WE LOVE AND APPRECIATED TYLER! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ We came in on 2/22/25; just a party of two. It was a Saturday evening, so it was very crowded and we had to wait 30 minutes, which, was fine. We were seated in Tyler's section, and he greeted us promptly and charismatically and gathered our drink orders. He was so very kind and patient when it came to ALLLLLL the questions surrounding the cut of and types of seasonings used on the steak. His Acknowledge base was supreme. πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸΎ My mother and I were so impressed with his patience and humility amongst the chaos of the busy Saturday evening Rush, that we tipped before we'd received our mealπŸ˜πŸ‘πŸΎ. Only fair service, not sufficient help. Use to have good salad with meal but looked like someone just threw a handful of lettuce in a bowl with a few tomatoes and served it up. Was not asked if I wanted an appetizer or dessert. Will not be back for the price I paid for a sit down meal, other restaurants in town are doing a better job for the customers.

We went here for my birthday dinner. We always split the 13 oz ribeye steak and shrimp dinner. It's always more than enough when also ordering an appetizer and the bread they serve you at the start.
We like our steak with little to no seasoning on it. We have had it a bit heavy in the past, so we make sure to ask our server for none at all. Baked potato was perfectly salted and buttered. The fried mushrooms were delicious, as were our drink choices.
This visit in particular was to celebrate and the staff working that day sure made me feel special. Complimentary dessert and a signed card was a very nice touch. I was surprised. Thanks Kokomo Outback Staff and our server!!!

Overall disappointed in this location! I was servered Filet Migon where couldn't even stab it with a fork. The sirlons, very tough outside until got 1/4 way into it. When the meals came out the plates where not correct. One of our guests had prime rib and was served a ribeye. They were even told it was prime rib. The waitress trying with no voice. Manager should backed her up!!! Manager had no intention of trying make us feel better. It only took Manager over 15 minutes come to see our mess. I can charge you for the sirlion price instead of the filet migon. WHAT!!! It was takin off the bill after other 10 minute wait. I waited forever to pay the bill to the point I was ready walk out. It will be a very long time before I visit this location and drop over a 200 that wasn't even worth 50. Corporate attention needed badly at this location. Sorry to the waitress that your manager affected your tip tonight.

Locked the doors at 9 when the door says open tell 10. Lady on the phone was rude as could be! Absolutely sad how no one wants to work now days

The only good about my visit was the food, THANK YOU kitchen staff for a well made meal!!! Had to ask to have order taken, had to ask for bread, spoon(twice), tab all while our drinks sat empty for a very long time. Had they not sat empty so long my friend and I would've gotten more to drink. Sat at the bar and there were 2 staff members who didn't pay any attention to us at all. We could've walked out and no one would've been the wiser, that's how long we were neglected!! I know now why I haven't been in there! One star is too many stars for the visit I experienced for Brianne.
