I had caught a flight coming in for my aunt’s funeral in Northern Indiana and I hadn’t eaten all day so I ordered an Outback Steakhouse steak, green beans, and a potato— something that would get me by the next two nights actuall. The gentleman that came out and took care of me was very intuitive. Too small detailed details needed in my order.. it was so appreciated, his professionalism with a smile, & after a long day in the details that were to come the next day. Thank you so much

We ordered $100 worth of takeout for the family from outback. This $40 ribeye was supposed to be medium rare. It literally tasted like a bunch of salt. I’ve never had a steak seasoned so bad. They forgot a bunch of our sides. The fillet was cooked good but thats about it.

I placed a large delivery order for my son’s birthday and after about 45 minutes passed, I received a text from DoorDash saying my order had been cancelled, and to reach out to my local store. So I did and I received prompt, professional and friendly service. The woman that ultimately took the call and I’m guessing personally handled the situation was great! I expected her to tell me that I’d have to pick it up or reach out to DoorDash myself, took care of all of it. Thank you so much guys! You’re awesome!

Out of seven drinks they only got two right. They served me a steak that was rotten. Yes, you got that right. The meat was rotten. They did offer to replace it but at that point I was literally sick to my stomach and suffered from food poisoning for 2 days afterwards. The manager never even came to the table to apologize. They did comp that portion of the meal. When they serve the steaks. They didn't even know whose was whose or whose was cooked, how we had to go through and figure it out ourselves. The waitress, even though we are sitting at the table, served one plate to one person and had them handed out to everybody else. So the service was horrible. The salads were served with the dressing underneath the salad so we literally had to pick through them to figure out whose salad was whose do not recommend or eating here until they get a new manager or better management. Better training. I do not blame the wait staff is. Obviously it is a management iss

The waiter was training someone,wife's steak wasn't cooked, a male person took it back, when he returned the potato was cold, the blooming onion was over cooked,and my steak was tuff as nails, she never returned to see how things were? We have visited the restaurant several times, always pretty good,84$ it was horrible, won't be returning?

I absolutely adore Outback Steakhouse, regardless of the taste of the food. With that being said, the French onion soup was almost briney with salt (but that happens when you use store bought broth-but not homemade-homemade you can control it)...the ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. The baked potato was dry (butter will alleviate that). The steak...cooked to perfection, but flavorless. I have no idea how to improve the flavor-maybe a marinade? I'd like to find out the steak supplier outback uses-those are excellent cuts. I'd like to buy steaks for my house from the same supplier. All in all a fantastic experience. Will definitely return.

The absolute worst service and food that myself, sister and nephew had ever received, long story short. Mgr Carlie made everything right with us although the evening was already ruined. She did her best to see if we would give them a second chance.. Sooo part 2 , soon to come. Ohh and if you are allergic to hot or spicy foods or cannot have them. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU ASK FOR PLAIN FOOD

Food was amazing! Mary was our server and she was so sweet and attentive! Fast service too.
My server was Emma M, if I could leave a 0 star I would. Let’s just start off with she was WAY too attentive, to the point of annoyance. She came to my table 6 times in the span of 20 minutes of sitting down with just drinks. To the point where my children even noticed. in total she came up to us 16 times about every 5 minutes not even exadurating my kids were making a game out of it. I even heard the table behind me and my kids talking about her being way to attentive as well. We also felt very very rushed with her, felt like she wanted us out without even enjoying our food. within minutes she asked if we needed to go boxes. Outback please put this girl back in training!!! Genuinly I’m not this type of person I just got so annoyed with her I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Let me start by saying that we usually have always had great experiences at the one in kokomo. Tonight was totally different and we won't be returning. We had 4 adults and 3 kids go in at 5pm not busy for a Saturday night. We got seated right away, about 10 mins later a young lady comes over and says I guess im waiting on you since your server isn't here. I just let that go, she got our drinks and then our appetizers came out about 15mins later. Then at 6pm still no food and people that came in way after us already have there food and eating. Finally at 615 I asked how much longer and the young lady said, well its been ready but my manager isn't helping. So she brings out 2 of the 7 meals, then 10 mins pass, we get 2 more meals, then another 10 mins we get 1 meal, then finally after another 15 mins we get the finally meals. Our food was cold, not cooked as asked, and she never came back to check on us. The steaks were the worst I've ever had, and for the price we paid that meal should have been half of that. Also the table next to us had to have the manager come to there table bc the food was cold not what asked for and wanted there money back. Im not sure what the problem was tonight but damn!!

Yummy! Yummy! The salad was so fresh. I had steak and potato. It was delicious and they have a deal where you can even get dessert. I think it was the deal where you could get everything for $17 ask for this waitress with the Pac-Man earrings. She told me her name but I forgot. She is amazing. Amazing
