I placed a large delivery order for my son’s birthday and after about 45 minutes passed, I received a text from DoorDash saying my order had been cancelled, and to reach out to my local store. So I did and I received prompt, professional and friendly service. The woman that ultimately took the call and I’m guessing personally handled the situation was great! I absolutely adore Outback Steakhouse, regardless of the taste of the food. With that being said, the French onion soup was almost briney with salt (but that happens when you use store bought broth-but not homemade-homemade you can control it)...the ribs were fall off the bone fantastic. The baked potato was dry (butter will alleviate that). The steak...cooked to perfection, but flavorless. I have no idea how to improve the flavor-maybe a marinade? I'd like to find out...
