Order was placed as a mobile order.. This was a fairly large order, so the 35 minute wait did not seam completely unreasonable (family meal - which consisted of 2 large sides and 3 large entrees, large spring rolls, large ragoons, one small fountain soda and one bottle soda). The order showed complete at the designated time; however, when we went to pick up the order, it had not even been started. They did not even start assembling the order until 10 minutes after the pickup time. To make things worse, they were completely out of one of the items we ordered, which they were still receiving multiple additional orders for, but one worker stated to another they would not be making more. This was an hour until closing on a Friday night.
The next complaint about the order is that the replacement item that we chose, for the entree that they were out of, was the chicken and string beans. The string beans were raw and the onions were very close to raw as well.
As they were packaging up the order, they informed us that they were out of the large to-go containers. They proceeded to place our order into the 12 oz bowls (one per large entree and one per side, which were only partially filled). None of the entrees were actually hot (most being lukewarm at best) and the chow mein noodles appeared to be undercooked as well. Even the bottled soda was room temperature.
I have never been so disappointed in this establishment.

Very good for the price. Probably the easiest and quickest way to get a meal that will keep you full all day. The black pepper steak is probably my favorite, pair that with some honey chicken and you're good to go all day.

I came here for the first time and was outraged by the tiny portion of food they put on a huge pile of rice!!!!! And charged me over $10.00 for it!!!! And for some reason their fortune cookies look really undone!!!! I will never come back here again!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Bought two orders of cream cheese rangoon. They waited till after charging my card to tell me they didnt have enough for two orders. I told them I didnt mind waiting for fresh ones. They gave me one fresh rangoon and 5 old ones.

I like my rice cooked all the way, not still hard. Teriyaki chicken is nasty and I literally couldn’t even keep the food down. Absolutely disgusting and I will not be eating from this location ever again.

I came in and placed a mobile order and waited in line patiently because the app isn’t too clear about where to go for pickup . When this bigger lady helped me , and I told her about the order , she gave me a side eye and scoffed and passive aggressively placed my order on the counter. I don’t know if she was having a bad day , but you can’t let that affect your costumer service . The tall gentleman who was also working was very kind , and let me know that the next time I ordered ahead I could just go to the front of the line . He handled the situation very well and had a smile the entire interaction. I would go here again, but I think there needs to be some retraining on how to help customers . Overall I’m satisfied, just slightly disappointed over the way I was treated today.

I loved this place but I dont know if they recently switch ownerships or what? But they absolutely suck now. Almost $10 for 4 bites of chicken and less than half a bowl of rice. For the shrimp its a whole $1.50 more. My mom gets that and they literally only gave her 3 pieces on top of a small scoop of rice. Theres more in a damn cub meal. Wth Panda?!
$2.40 water!! I usually get a medium side of chow mein and today that came with the price tag of 4.92 and it was half full. I drink water and I don’t like all bottle water so I just ask for tap water and any size cup just enough to drink with my food. I’m not cheap but I am frugal that aside I just don’t want pop. It’s now $2.40 for water out of the machine,no complimentary water I proceeded to ask if there was a small cup that wasn’t so much money and she said child cup of water is .99. $1 for water is still steep in my eyes.

My pickup time was 7:25, but I arrived at the store five minutes early.
Since I am a foreigner with the uncommon family name “Kim,” I didn’t expect to be recognized right away.
However, the beautiful young woman at the counter immediately acknowledged me and said she was already processing my order, then quickly handed me my food.
I was deeply impressed by her professionalism and the serious, attentive way she approached her work.
I truly hope she receives the recognition and treatment she deserves at this place.
