It's pretty good if u like LOTS of bread. it's really too expensive. $ 12 for 1 sandwich is ridiculous, with no drink, no sides, just 1 sandwich. Like I said, it was ok if u like lots of bread.

$50 for 2 sandwiches and a side + drink is insane when you are met with a rude chick, and absolutely filthy inside. Nearly every table was dirty, the one table that wasn't dirty was broken. We ended up sitting side by side at the booth/chair tables so we could sit at a booth. Still had to wipe off the table but at least it wasn't super filthy like the rest of the tables.

If I could give a zero stars review.. I would. On the way to work we stopped and ordered 2 Steak and wake sandwiches. On the way in the entire parking lot was covered in ice, like an ice skating rink, and we tried to inform the manager who LITERALLY IGNORED the comment, didn't even say anything, just turned away and walked off angrily. People have bad days.. I get it. They're the ones liable if someone falls so, ok... we let it go.
In a hurry to get to work, made a huge mistake and didn't double check the order.The sandwiches we received had zero meat, zero cheese, and a scrap of over salted egg ( I Iove salt... this was crazy tho). Nothing. No meat at all... like it didn't even get dragged thru some meat grease... never even saw a piece of cheese.. We paid over 14 dollars for 4 pieces of dry, hard bread and maybe 1 egg between the 2 sandwiches. What we did get was inedible.
Tried calling the store to address the problem, this is the 3rd time they've forgotten something but this time was EVERYTHING... nobody will answer the phones. I tried calling for an hour.
I'm not often a complainer, and I've worked in the industry all my life so I understand... but this is a blatant disregard for their customer's experience, and when you factor the ice in, their safety as well.
I will be lodging a formal complaint with Panera as well.

This isn’t about the workers at all! They was a super help when I ordered but my complaint is about paying $10 for this hardly nothing bowl with just egg sausage bacon and cheese and getting hardly nothing!!!!! I’ve not been here for years and now that I see how they do customers so wrong I’ll never be back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pathetic way to run a business!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Yeah you can't beat Panera! Super delicious and have great healthy options that taste incredible and are very balanced with healthy carbs, fats and proteins! Of course their bakery foods are AMAZING as well! Currently obsessed with their new Mediterranean with grains Salad and Balsamic-something-with grains Salad! And their Mediterranean Veggie is amazing, along with really anything on their menu! You can't go wrong, honestly!
