They we're out of bread bowels. The bread we got was not warm. The sandwich was just ok. The bathroom stahl was closed. But a good note, the bacon Mac and cheese was good

Where is the beef on this sammich. And where is the au jus? It is just a cup 1/4 filled with onions. How are you supposed to dip into that... I asked for more actual au jus and they would just sell me a cup of French onion soup.

Bought bagels / croissants from here one morning that were clearly old and not fresh
Stopped by the Panera in Kokomo and was impressed by the size of the location. It’s not surrounded by a lot of busy businesses, which makes it easy to access with a drive-thru and plenty of parking (spacious parking spots too). The store was fairly clean during my visit, and the restrooms were also well maintained. I ordered bagels and was glad they came out just right and not burnt. Staff were friendly enough, though the service wasn’t anything extraordinary. I did notice they didn’t have a self-ordering tablet available, which could have made things a little smoother. Overall, a convenient stop with solid basics handled well.
