We tried this location again to see if they could pull it together on a Tuesday. The staff here are super simple and need better supervision. Ill be getting a refund.

We ordered pizza while we were unpacking. Service was great and the pizza was delicious! There was an error in billing to my card, when I called to ask about it, the manager was very kind and worked diligently and immediately to correct the issue! She went above and beyond to make this right for me! Overall I'm more than impressed and we will DEFINITELY be back!!!

I recently ordered an “All the Meats” pizza along with an order of garlic parmesan breadsticks. While the breadsticks were excellent—hot, fresh, and full of flavor—the pizza was a major disappointment. The pizza had little to no sauce, making it dry and bland. Even more concerning, it had a strange, unpleasant taste—almost like spoiled meat. I was so uneasy about it that I ended up throwing the pizza away out of concern it might make me sick. I’m sharing this in hopes that no one else has a similar experience. Quality control clearly missed the mark here.

Well here it is 11:26 I call and ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza to be be delivered little after 9:00 and was told 30-35 mins and the dasher never delivered I even called at 9:35 to check if dasher picked up and I was told my order was picked up but I I guess the dasher was hungry and decided not to deliver.. I'm literally right across the street so there's no one exceptable excuse...

well I placed an order 1 hour & half ago was told 30-35 mins and it's now 11:20 which almost 2 hours and no pizza no one has came so seems like this papa johns has gotten some hungry door dashers who pick up orders and don't deliver. I'm literally across the street so no excuse is excepted...

The poorest customer service ever guy hung up on me while I was trying to figure out why order wasnt here they hung up on me and told me they were declining me service because I didn’t answer the phone. Sorry but I have door bell on the front door legibly nobody came

The night time manager does not do a very good job of managing. The employees were talking bad about the customers, one employee was vaping on the line and I'm pretty sure that is a health code violation. The other employee sneezed and didn't wash his hands and still made food with no gloves or nothing. Corporate needs to do something bout the employees treating there customers badly.

I placed my order in person and prepaid, 45 minutes before I needed to pick my two pizzas up. It was a very busy Friday evening at this Papa John’s store. When I returned I was told that they that had lost my order. The manager apologized and immediately took full responsibility and made it right for me. She handled the the situation very well with a great attitude. While I waited on my pizzas it became clear that the manager was doing the best she could while dealing with a couple of problematic employees. I hope the owners and district manager know what a great job this manager is doing for them. The pizzas were good and the customer service given by the manager was excellent!
