The cashier was very friendly, the place is clean, my sandwich was sad. I asked for it cold, I got it hot. Hardly any lettuce on it at all and the tomatoes were thrown on there.

First time at this local. The sandwich, cheesesteak as any location I've ever been to was great. Exceptional fries. Have not had fries as good as these anywhere in a very long time.Service quick and everyone was very nice.
My first visit to this franchise. Wife and I agreed to put this on the return list.

I attempted to order from this company thru grub hub. I waited and waited before I called pen. Station and my order was ready but wasn't going to be picked up until 12:14. I had placed the order at 11:12ish. When I spoke to a person there, I had said so you are going to send me cold food and she replied what do you want me to do remake it at our expense. Felt it was rude and not professional and won't recommend that resting from them ever.

So this will be kind of an odd review with 4 stars and not somewhere I would go again (this was my first visit). The sandwiches were okay, the fries were good and I was glad to see they offered malt vinegar. For us, nothing about either sandwich screamed “the next time I want a sandwich, I’m driving across town to Penn Station.” Front counter guy was nice and the service was prompt.

Wendy's made a sale today because this location in Kokomo is not easy to find while I was walking around. Get a big sign by the road or something. You can't do business if no one can find your business without GPS.

STOP! We eat Subway at least once a month, and if you like Subway, do not waste your time with Penn Station. If you like Penn and haven't tried Subway, do yourself a favor. We decided to try Penn Station to change it up. Wow, just wow. Grossly overpriced, comparatively miniscule amount of toppings, and bland tasting. The quantity and quality of the toppings were what I would expect from a convenience store after midnight. You have been warned!

Had Philly steak sub. It tasted ok. Actually a little bland. Not enough cheese. When I think Philly steak and cheese I expect it to be gooey with the cheese stretching as I eat it. Didn’t get that here. Customer service friendly and efficient. Place a little noisy for my taste. Music drowned out conversations.

Shouts out to my man Jason for whipping up two of the best Philly Cheesesteaks i’ve eaten. we came for the $5 subs, and Jason went above and beyond. Penn Station (and jason) just gained a forever fan!!Vegetarian options: artichoke sandwich
