Oh my gosh you have to try this place! Excellent Vietnamese food and they were very busy the day we went! Food is very fresh , and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for somethings different!

Very impressive. Portions were huge for the price. Very clean, great staff. Fresh herbs and spices. I ordered the spicy noodles and a cold Vietnamese coffee which was excellent. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

my grandson found 2 hairs in his food. while paying for it i saw in the kitchen and there were 3 guys cooking and 2 had no hair nets and the other had a scull cap. we both stopped eating.

Great authentic pho, I lived in Uptown (Vietnamese neighborhood in chicago) and this is spot on, better than some!

Absolutely magnificent!! I've wanted to try Pho Nguyen for years and for whatever reason I never have so my husband and I drcided to finally take the plunge now that they switched buildings and WOW is an understatement. The new building is beautiful, service is quick and friendly, and food came out hot and bursting with flavor. We will absolutely be back
let me start off by saying i used to LOVE this place, my family and i would dine in or order takeout once or even multiple times a week, however this latest experience has been completely unacceptable. the newer female server completely disregarded us from the beginning, we could see her being friendly, attentive, and active with all the table around us, but not with us, for context, my family is hispanic so we are unfortunately aware of when servers treat us differently because of this. We had to ask for our drinks several times and saw all the newer tables around us get their food before us. We ended up leaving as we never got our food.

Went in and placed a to go order waited a whole hour for my food then when I got it I got home and the grilled pork over vermicelli only had noodles and meat when it usually comes with rice cucumbers onions carrots lettuce and peanuts and a apple cider vinegar cup to put on it and none of that was in there! I also ordered a full order of fried wontons and four of them had no filling in it! I called and let them know and they hung up on me!!!! Not to mention while I was waiting for the food several people came up to pay there bill and they had to take off things from there bill because they didn’t even bring out what they had ordered!!

Definitely an amazing bowl of pho if you're ever in the location. Little cramped seating wise but I read on their sign they are moving locations so the assumption of the word spreading must be true. Solid 8.7/10 for me.
