We ordered the bundle with breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and personal pizza. Had to order chicken wings to “qualify” for delivery. They didn’t bring the pizza. When we called and told them they said we would have to pay for another pizza even though we never got one. But of course, just a personal pizza isn’t enough for a delivery . This staff is terrible, done with this location.

I would only suggest that you have some kind of game night or nights like Bingo, or sports ,music,etc questions . People eat more and bring back the beer and TVs, so people interact with each other in games. We had so much fun playing question games. Old questions are good, for us older people. Prize could be a personal or small pizza. And TVs along with the beer and question games would bring in more revenue.

I don't get fast food anymore bc it's never right and the quality (or my taste buds) are wayyyy different. But I do get pizza lol. I always order from the one on Sycamore. The pan pizza makes me want to cry it's so good😭😭😭 it's ALWAYS fresh. I ordered online one time and the sycamore loc was closed for w.e reason so I ordered from reed road and it was so bad, everything about it. Next time I ordered pizza again I obviously ordered from sycamore....never fails, it's always good there. And I don't know ANYONE that works there. The pan pepperoni lovers pizza is that good I cAme to right a review about it😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️

If garlic bread doesn't come with the pasta dishes, Pizza Hut should change their menu. Because the menu said that garlic bread does. There shouldn't be an upcharge for garlic bread.

I just had the most disgusting cold pizza that cost me $30 and it took them an hour and a half to get here! Horrific, and they offered no compensation
Made pizza wrong said they fix it but I have pay for it. Caused argument with family then still made cheese bread wrong. 3x! Then brought wrong pizza again! A 10.99 app free breadsticks was over 50.00 and top off, pizza cold crust hard.

I attempted to order using their call center, but not only was it difficult for me to understand the person, she couldn't understand me, either. She struggled with the name of my street address even after I spelled it out. I resorted to ordering online. Their call center is awful. In the past, they have always messed up my orders. I tried to order from the local store but repeatedly got their voicemail. I ended up ordering online.
