I had the opportunity to work at this Pizza Hut for a short period, and I want to share my experience. The management is kind and dedicated, and despite what other reviews may suggest, I recommend giving them a chance. While there may be some truth to other workers occasionally acting unprofessionally, as mentioned in previous reviews, I personally felt accepted here. However, I found myself challenged due to my lack of experience in the food industry, which ultimately led to my decision to leave. They deserve someone more skilled and knowledgeable in the field.
That said, I want to emphasize that the store Owner, in particular, is a great person. He’s traditional in his business ethics and has worked for Pizza Hut for over 30 years. You can trust that he will handle your orders with precision and care.
As for the food, my personal favorites are the classic Cheese Pizza and their Breadsticks — absolutely delicious!
Suggestions for Pizza Hut:
• Since many people love the breadsticks, it might be worth considering offering them in different sizes (small, medium, large) similar to how fries are sold at other places. • To reduce food waste, Pizza Hut could explore donating pizzas and other items that may not look perfect but are still edible. Another idea is offering the scraps from wings at a discounted price, allowing customers to buy them if they’re interested.
I understand that the company values tradition in its operations, but some small changes could be beneficial. Thank you for the time I spent working here — it was a valuable and educational experience.

This is the 2nd time I’ve got delivery for Pizza Hut and they keep sending out door dashers instead of delivery drivers… every time the food is late and super COLD! … they say they have no drivers.. so they use DoorDash … well it’s getting very old! Hire some people! Or stop offering delivery… because I’m tired of waiting over an hour for my food then when I finally get it … it’s not even worth eating anymore it’s so cold!

Absolutely do not come here if you ever planned on having a pleasant interaction with anyone in a place ever… or getting correct food. The general manager is a joke. I worked here almost a solid two years, it was my first job. The manager I just had this specific horrible interaction with always acted friendly to me. My mother and I came in trying to place in order, as we’ve literally been ordering from here for years, and got nothing but disrespect. Iris did not want to take any orders. My guess is she didn’t even want to be doing her job, but if that’s the case apply elsewhere… don’t take it out on the customers. Since I worked here aswell I know customers can be difficult but you never just don’t greet a customer ( or act like they’re a burden). But at this Pizza Hut that’s exactly what you get. People who don’t want you there at all. Anyways went right over to Gabe’s successfully, as we should because they were very friendly, wanted our business, and were happy to make a not dry+ correct pizza.

No way in hell they getting 4 stars unless paid for AND YALL KNOW IT! 1) pizza is never as ordered, always something missing or just old and cold pizza OR late 2) they only credit up to 20 bucks even when they destroy 60+ dollars worth of pizza STEER CLEAR!!

I ate at the Center Rd Pizza Hut and ordered a personal pan with chicken onion and jalapenos. It gave me food poisoning. I was up all night getting sick and sweating out. If you value your health don't eat there. There are other Pizza Huts in Kokomo. Thank you and good luck.

Prior to my last visit to Pizza Hut, I had never had a problem with my order or with the customer service. But last time I ordered take out from them, I ordered a large supreme pizza and a large pepperoni pizza. Got home, seven miles away, only to discover that they had given me a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni that I had ordered. I called to have my pizza replaced and sat there for over five minutes while the phone rang unanswered. Finally, I just gave up and ended up settling for what they had given me. I'll still order from them in the future, but I'll be sure to check my order before leaving the store.
They didn't have the crust that I wanted this has happened at this location several times their specialty is pan and they don't have it so the crust on the pizza i received was yellowish orange on the bottom like it's been sitting on the warmer for hours like a gas station pizza couldn't even eat it not happy at all I figured when I picked it up it wasn't going to be good because the pizza box felt like it had been sitting in the rain from the moisture on the bottom
