Had a lot of Popeyes in my life. All over the country. This was the most bland tasting food ever. No flavor. It tastes like flour and the meat didn't even have chicken flavor. It was just meat. This is the fourth time I've gone to this Popeyes. I had one spicy chicken sandwich that was good. But other than that only the red beans and rice has flavor. It's like they're cooking for people with no taste buds.

This place was packed when it first opened then died fast. The staff was poor for a while but that seems to have been fixed.Last time I ordered wings for my grandfather and I. We ordered online and were going to pick it up via drive through. Since we ordered online, we were hoping for a somewhat quick turn around. Instead we spent 20min in the parking lot waiting. The lady behind us had a small order of wings as well which she got well before us but still had to wait.Food is good. The place isn't the cleanest but it is taken care of well enough to keep going back. There is one gentleman that works here that always has a smile and willing to give suggestions. He has nailed his customer service!

Spent $45 bucks on chicken sandwiches and fries. Waited for 25 minutes before I got my food. Got home and my 3 fries are missing. Do employees actually do their jobs and make sure customers have all their food???Last time I'm going there. Will go across the street!

Strawberry biscuit was brick hard. Inedible. The chicken tenders had little meat but plenty of brick hard breading. Nuggets, fries, were ok. I did love their red beans and rice.I ordered online ahead of time, arrived 15 min after ordering, was told at the driveup to pull forward as order was not ready (not a big order, just tenders, nuggets, and sides). Waited 10 min. When I arrived there were very few cars on lot, one other in drive up, was after 8pm, so obviously not busy time for business. Our previous time was so much better. Hopefully our next will be better

The employees were more worried about laughing and play’n around with one another then getting our order correct…. Over $53.00 for 3 regular menu items and the sauces were wrong and side were wrong…. I won’t be back to this location!
