The gentleman tonight who checked us out was so charismatic and polite. He was training a newer employee who was also doing a fantastic job. The whole team was extremely pleasant and helpful to us. I miss customer service like this at all places!!!!

This is the 3rd time and last time I’ll be here. I have come every time and left with no food. I’m not sure if management hasn’t taught them how to make the food and how long portions can be sitting before needing remade. Rice is a main part of the meal yet is ALWAYS hard when I come. Absolutely ridiculous.

If it were based on flavor alone, I’d make my rating 5 stars. However, since this location has opened I have consistently had something wrong with my takeout orders. I don’t get takeout from here often because of that, but occasionally do with weeks to months in between orders due to convenience/hope for improvement. This past order was missing beans. Also, the amount of chips given for a large chips & queso was laughable.
If you have time to go in, I’d recommend it as I’ve never had an issue with the service or food in person. Otherwise, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

When they first opened I was not for this place at all!!! Although I love this type of food. But now, me and my wife went and ate there for a lunch date during break. Service was incredibly nice, food was served swiftly and tables were clean. Can't complain abit!
The food at this Qdoba is hot. They let you sample, and they are not stingy. Tell them what you like and they will help you make something suited to your taste. There is a range of seasoning and spice levels. Try the pickled onions they are so yummy! They people on the line are friendly and they happily give water cups. The background music is loud and not my vibe of music. Other than 6 inside is clean, cool, and comfortable.

The service was alright & the employees were kind. I ordered something simple; a bowl of chicken, white rice, shredded cheese & corn chip toppings. I had went to get Minute Made lemonade, it was SEVERELY watered down to the point to where it tasted like a glass of water. The Chicken lacked flavor & the Rice tasted like dish soap😡. As for the atmosphere, I'd give it about a 3.5 out of 5, but the tables were extremely dirty & stayed like that for the 30+ minutes I was at the restaurant, so that immediately gives it a 1 star. Now, I'm not bashing the chain, but this Qdoba in particular was absolutely horrible. I'm sure there are some that have higher standards but not this one.😡

1. Tables are ALWAYS filthy. 2. They now count sauces as toppings for kids meals, which are limited to only 3 toppings already which makes them NOT worth the money 3 new management sucks. 4. All they care about is profit and nothing more.
