Food was amazing. Atmosphere was great. Service was awesome with one exceptional employee that made it an outstanding experience. Jawad (hoping I spelled that correctly) was amazing with fantastic customer service greeting customers as the came in the door. making sure nobody needed to go boxes, or anything else. He was exactly where he needed to be at the right time. This gentleman was all over the restaurant taking care of things making sure things were neat, clean, and re-filled along with helping fellow employees when they needed his help. He is an amazing employee and I sure hope they realize what they have.

I go thru the drive-thru usually, and the lines can be long, but it never takes very to order and get my food ! Raising Canes is the best chicken around, bar none ! I am a big time fan !

My first time trying Raising Canes. Pleasantly surprised. The chicken fingers are very good. Moist and not overly breaded like other places. The fries were fine, not greasy, and the Cole slaw and bread was OK. Next time I'm back this way I will stop in again.

I got the 4 piece Box and it was very good. I've been to this location several times now and the food has been consistent every time. Expect about a 5 minute wait for your food but the food is well worth the wait and staff has been very friendly and very polite every time!

Now that I have been here a handful of times, I now have a good baseline on how I feel about them.
So yeah, the business model is pretty solid.
There is not much variance in options here. That's what allows the business to run as smoothly as it does.
Good in them.
Service is pretty quick. Especially with dine-in service.
The drive-through definitely can take longer, especially if there is a line of cars as there normally is.
However, due to how it operates, the line tends to move in a timely fashion considering.
The windo staff double-check the order before it goes out the window to assure the order is as on the ticket, that was appreciated.
The chicken is always completely on point as consistently with such a product can be hit or miss depending on the circumstances.
Sometimes, you'll get some pieces that may be a bit soggy on one side and maybe some tendon textures, which can be unpleasant.
But all in all, it is fairly consistent.
The lemonade is real... and in my book says a lot.go check it out for yourself.
