We spent over 30 dollars here. Manager and staff were completely rude after we asked for food we didn’t not receive nicely. They then forgot sauces and had to go up to the window for the third time. And were complete rude.

Dude don’t eat here. We were around town and decided to stop for something to eat and went home not even an hour later my husband got VIOLENTLY SICK he was projectile vomiting and had diarrhea SEVERELY. Something he ate from this Rally’s store was either bad or had something because the food sickness was SEVERE ALL NIGHT!! If I could give it a zero stars I would this experience was terrible for the 40$ spent.

Spent 30 mins in a drive thru and there was only 4 cars in front of me. My drinks were watery because they filled them and let them sit for 30 mins. I almost dropped it when I grabbed hold because there was so much condensation on them. I didn't bother going back and tossed the drinks when I got home. Fries were hot and the Big Bufords were cold. Already wasted too much time. Better off not even trying to get it fixed. I didn't have enough time anyway.

Placed my order at 9:11. I live 45 minutes away, I should be able to TRUST my order is there and correct. I was missing an item and an item was made incorrectly. This location will not answer their phone or they have it turned down to avoid customer service. I have called 6 times now and no answer. I will be coming back tomorrow to speak with the manager and get my money back.
