I ordered loaded fries with no bacon for my vegetarian wife. As we were eating she noticed small pieces of bacon in the fries. The receipt said no bacon so it wasn’t a miscommunication issue, they just didn’t care enough to pay attention. I called to try to resolve the issue over the phone, but no one answered. Because of this we went to the store to try and have the issue resolved. We ended up getting a refund for just the fries but the associate clearly did not care that they violated my wife’s beliefs. They wanted to sit in the back and laugh like it was some joke. I see no joke, she hasn’t consumed meat in over 5 years and she’s worked hard to maintain that. Beyond disappointed and disgusted with this experience.

I've enjoyed eating at this Rally's since the mid-90's.
I had a horrible experience. Fries were cold and tasted and look like they had sat in grease for awhile. Chicken Bites were cold and dry. My husband ordered a rally burger with everything no onions and it was a burger with only onions. I can't say I'd return, the only thing they got right is our teas.

Needed something quick to eat. Rally’s was the one place I found open at the time since it was late. Ordered the chicken bites box thing. Never had an issue before. Once I got home and opened it up, I could immediately tell they were gonna be bad. Both the fries and chicken were over cooked (or old?). Everything was hard and awful. I could tell just by looking at it so you know the workers could tell and decided to still serve it.
