if you like barely luke warm soup, crappy service (unless you are a regular) the wrong food that the waitress didnt even pay attention to even though you speak clearly and POINT to it on the menu. have to grt a refill from the manager because the server doesnt come back. this is the place for you. we don't come over to this part of town very often but we used to love this place but after today NEVER again.

We stopped to have breakfast. The building was ran down on the outside. Went in to use the restroom and by that point me and my son decided it wasn't clean enough to even eat at. This place is gross looking and smelling! Won't be back, makes sense as to why the one in Elwood wasn't open long!
They have the best fried chicken by far! A friendly, home town (could use a little TLC) restaurant with the best waitresses! Erin, Michelle & Stephanie knock it out of the park everyday to serve you! Inexpensive, perfect sized portions & good food! Only 4 stars because I would like to see owners invest in newer seating & a not so slick floor!

Scrambled eggs were scorched bacon tasted like fish coffee was the best part had to ask for refill. Not impressed at all. Bathroom nasty and ran down.

Michelle is an excellent server in the morning. 5 stars for her. The rest is ok Food is food, coffee is coffee and it could use a serious makeover. The staff is nice and inviting and that's what makes me keep going back.
