Found a piece of sharp plastic in my ice cream. Cut my mouth. At first I thought it was a plastic spoon, but it's too thick for that. That's definitely not it. I don't know what it's from but I cut my mouth. I called and asked to speak to a manager, but the teenage girl on the other end was very rude and said there was no manager there....you hire only teenagers and have no manager there? Every time I go to scoops they are ALWAYS rude. I understand they're teenagers, but please have standards with who you hire.

I went as of June 30, 24 and won’t be back. I’ve never complained about customer service, however I’ve never been treated this way as a customer. We ordered 1 scoop of ice cream and an order of nachos. When we got to the window it was 20$, this seemed strange and when we tried to ask about the details the lady in orange repeated the total twice without explaining why, and when we explained they had accidentally added extra food to our order the window was slammed in our face. This behavior needs corrected.

We have several good ice cream shops that are closer to us than this Scoops on the south side of Kokomo, so my wife and I don’t go there often. But one of the advantages they have over some of their competitors in other parts of town is that they are open later, which this evening worked out well for us. My wife and I stopped in and got a small mouse tracks with added chocolate syrup and a small hot fudge Sunday with all the toppings. The staff was friendly and fast, and the ice cream really hit the spot. It was a beautiful evening; perfect for enjoying their outdoor seating area.
