I order 2/3 smoothies per week from this location tipping the staff when I pick them up. I placed an order through the app on 9/25 and paying for the order using Apple Pay. I arrived at the store at 7:15 finding the store closed. I have reached out to the store multiple times since then to have the issue resolved with no response.

First time I’ve been to the Kokomo location, not very happy with the açai bowl or the service The lady at the checkout was rude. she walked up to the counter and looked at me, didn’t say anything, I guess she expected me to give her my order. I asked her a question so she was forced to talk to me, I ask for honey on my açai bowl never got it and the last time I was there I didn’t get it. I paid for it though.
