Husband tried to get a coupon honored for a free meal from the last time they messed up his order. They made him wait for a manager to get on the phone, couldn't reach them, food got cold from extended wait then he had to wait an extended period to get a refund for the cold food.

Extremely long wait....BUT worth every single second! They are the only place in Kokomo that has Mango flavoring for drinks! Corn dogs and pretzel sticks are AMAZING!
I forgot my wallet at the Sonic in Kokomo after ordering a drink, and KiKi kindly made sure I didn’t leave empty-handed. Her thoughtfulness really made my day — rare kindness like hers deserves recognition!

Not a bad place to go for a quick bite. We are in, and as expected the place inside was small and tight but not uncomfortable. The food is not the best but it is great if you are aware of their menu and especially if you have hungry kids with you. The service was a little slow, but on their defense they had a lot of foot traffic coming to order inside. It appears as if there were more people ordering inside than out. The young lady that took care of us was very attentive and friendly. The one major flaw they should try to improve is to be able to leave the cashier tending to the register and people coming in. There were a few instances where the cashier disappeared to the back for whatever reason and there were people waiting at the register to be taken care of.

had a wonderful evening at Sonic in Kokomo Indiana they treated us like royalty and the food was great as well! they are definitely Santa approved!
