first off, someone else took my drink and they did not care. he actually told me I had it or someone took it... why would I stand there for 10 minutes if I already had it???? I, then, come in two hours later after my meeting to re order my drink on site to ensure no one takes it and first thing, the cashier comes up and just bluntly asks, "what do you want?" absolutely zero customer service... not to mention I mobile ordered a drink a few days ago and it was half full! every time I come here I regret it. I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks.

I went through the drive through and was informed they were out of venti and trenta cups. however, they gave them to the the cars behind and in front of me and told me it was because I was not a mobile order. I called and asked after I left and was told they were being selective with customers so they maybe didn't run out. The manager Santana was rude and blamed it on her employees when she was the one working the drive though. I have never had such bad service and was greatly disappointe.

One of the BEST Starbucks locations. The inside is modern yet welcoming. It’s a great environment to meet friends for an afternoon chat, or to study. What really makes this location exceptional is the staff! The staff are so incredibly friendly. One of my favorite places in town to get coffee.

This is pretty much a standard Starbucks. We primarily have used the drive-thru over the years, and only that since the tornado. Since we avoid stopping when the line is very long (fairly often); we are usually served quite quickly. The staff have been consistently friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Our "usual" is a venti peppermint mocha with whip, which we share. All and all, it's our go-to spot, if we want to do a little coffee concoction indulging, when in Kokomo.
The manager with dreads that works there seems to think it's okay to lecture customers on how they should order or place an order. Definitely do not recommend that store.

Drive through is so slow I don’t understand. I have been waiting for close to 30 minutes. I’ve been timing each vehicle and it takes about 6 and a half minutes per transaction.

The manager of the kokomo Reed rd store is very unprofessional and rude. Always yelling and cussing at people. I'm a frequent visitor to this location. This time in after making a mobile order she made the drink wrong and when told about it she very rudely said I'll get to it when I f----ing get to it and when I asked to speak to the manager was told she was the manager and again she was very rude. This lady does not deserve to work in customer service.
