We walked into the store with only 1 other customer. 5 employees including a supervisor Jill that took our order. Never said hello, how are you, nothing!!! Just want did you want?? Then while ordering she acted like she didn’t want to be there and any questions we asked were unacceptable. This seems to be the vibe I get from a lot of Starbucks lately. You think your coffee is good that you can treat your customers however you want. Poor service, matcha latte was terrible and so was the rest of the staff. No one in that building should be working in the service industry or everyone in that building needs to be retrained on how to conduct themselves in a service industry position.

Drive through, Ordered a cold drink, got it hot. Ordered a venti, got grande. Charged for venti, but the barista refused to change it. Asked for 2 additional shots, don't think i got those either as the coffee tasted almost, watered down. In addition to all that, waited in line iver 10 mins to get it. Wasn't given a receipt.

Fastest service in town for coffee and friendliest staff. Always greet when coming in store. I lived in Seattle proper for 10 years and I'd recommend this store and it's staff to be in Washington itself.

So so busy, we waited 30 minutes for my singular drink (that cost $9), it was made entirely wrong. I paid for pumpkin in it and there was not any. waste of my time and money to stop on an already busy day.

They wouldn't refund me for a blunder They made. They wanted me to drive a half hour back to the store to pick up an item They forgot to give me. Also, they like to make their drinks wrong. Very poor customer service. Never going back.

Nice and clean. About what you would expect from overpriced drinks. Mostly nice staff, with a big exception to the grouchy older woman (manager). I have met angry Karen's that showed more warmth than her. If I wasn't there to meet a Facebook Marketplace seller, I would have left and gone somewhere else.
