This is the WORST Steak n Shake I’ve been to in my 50 years of living. I got a milkshake and there was slimy stuff in the bottom of it DO NOT GO HERE.
New mgmt at this location is great, always has the food ready for pick up.

Had a late dinner with my kids after softball, & an employee named Lotus had a great attitude, he was friendly, made my kids laugh with his humor, & checked up on us asking about how our meal was & made sure we were satisfied with the services provided. Visit this restraint often & he is always here with a huge smile on his face welcoming his customers! Thanks for making our experience great Lotus!

I love to go out sit down and be waited on. I got the good food I enjoy but had to use the computer to place my order. I'm tired I worked hard today. I didn't want to learn how to WORK the menu. I was insulted that they asked me for a tip. For doing their job? Nope not this former waitress.

This steak ‘n shake is the best restaurant I have ever had the pleasure attending!! Instantly when my fiancé and I entered the building we were greeted with warm smiles and a pleasant atmosphere. Before we started to order at the kiosk the manager Tannis greeted us personally and rolled the blinds down to avoid having the sun in our eyes while we ordered. Our food was brought out of the kitchen hand delivered and cooked to perfection . After a few bites an older couple came in uneducated about the kiosks. Instead of turning away the manager Ryan gathered menus and sat them at table ready to take their drink and food orders. It was a pleasant surprise to see this gesture. Never in my yeas of coming to these establishments have I had such a pleasant experience!!

My wife and I always go here for our anniversary and the food is always great. Today we went 8-19-25 we had awesome customer service, I even seen one of the workers ( Rayn Farr ) take an old couples order like it was a sit down restaurant!! See this is why Steak'n Shake is KING of all of fast food and the pricing is half of the price of any other fast food. Steak'n steak is the best, please never close down I love eating at any steak'n shake.
