Food is always hot and fresh. However, I do wish they would put a little bit more condiments on sandwich, mustard, ketchup, mayo etc.. otherwise this is the best steak n shake in kokomo 👍🏽

Hadn't been in for a while and wanted to try the new beef tallow fries. This is the cleanest restaurant I've been in for quite a while. They followed through with better than expected service. I'll be back soon!

Had a late dinner with my kids after softball, & an employee named Lotus had a great attitude, he was friendly, made my kids laugh with his humor, & checked up on us asking about how our meal was & made sure we were satisfied with the services provided. Visit this restraint often & he is always here with a huge smile on his face welcoming his customers! Thanks for making our experience great Lotus!
