The food was so bad. The fries were dead when they handed them to us. tasted like bad oil too. Won’t answer the phone. The fries are the only thing the kids eat. so old there isn’t any potato left.

Two things. I got a birthday cake shake and it was 50 percent full of whip cream and the other half was ice cream other than that it was good. Second thing is when i got my shake there was hardly any sprinkles on it, so i asked for them to put more sprinkles on it. Then while they were doing that i over heard them talking shit about me and mocking me. Not a great way to treat your customers if you ask me. Definitely will not be going back.

I like Steak 'n Shakes. But it seems like the quality is dopping at some locations. We went unside and got our order to go. The food was barely warm when we got to the truck. I do not like the kiosk ordering. They no longer have the cherry coke with the dipped cherry syrup is added, at these locations. Pretty much no contact with staff. I miss the custumer service!

I was amazed with my visit. The store was clean. The food was hot and fresh. Staff was super friendly and i was greeted within seconds of walking into the establishment. They helped with Kiosk even while being busy with dinner rush. Samantha the Manager was a delight. She runs a good night staff. Kairi, she helped with the kiosk. Kat and Phillip helped bring out the big order. Everyone was extremely friendly. The food was amazing, perfectly cooked and presented. Will be coming back soon.
My family and I came in and seen customer service to be poor. There was one other family that was in the restaurant when we came in. We came in the same time as a another couple. It took 15-20 min for us to get our food even though the restaurant was not busy. My family and I were able to eat our food and the couple that came in the same time as us. Did not have their food. The manager was on the grill and they asked about their order. The manager was not helpful to this couple and stated he just had “15 orders” come in within a minute. The couple asked for a refund and the male manager stated he was new and did not know how to give a refund. During this time we was trying to get a couple bags to take our food home and it took another 10 minutes to be acknowledged.

Came to the drive thru at 11:30 to be told the only thing they would make for me is shakes, still open employees inside no cars in the drivethru no line not to late… no good reason other than not wanting to do the job. 0/5 I’ll be going to north Steak ‘n Shake from here out.

Went through the drive through today to get lunch. Got our food quickly and our fries and Frisco melts were hot and delicious.

This southern Kokomo location does not require barcodes for a drink and offers slightly better service.
Frisco melt is not as good as a few years ago but still very tasty and desirable with lots of Frisco sauce.
I enjoy this place!
I miss the Chili Mac Supreme, Orange milkshakes, and seasoning with fries options. Those items were awesome.
