I haven’t been to this location in so long due to some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I returned today only to sit first in the drive thru line for an unacceptable amount of time. The staff was unpleasant as always.

Estep has never been able to recruit even average workers. Every subway they own will exemplify the worst service.

Called to explain to hem my sandwich was made wrong got told thats not there problem it's door dashes. Told them I was charged for the avacodo and its not on there again told me to call door dash so I did call door dash and thy told me its subway needs to give me my refund since I used the subway app

We originally went through the drive drive right before an appt we had. And had gotten a six inch and a foot long. When we left we got 2 six inches and one wasn’t even made correctly at all. When we went back in a couple hours later for it to be remade due to our footlong being incorrect all the way around; the staff was crappy, and also very pushy. They didn’t seem like they were wanting to remake our food for their mistakes until we pulled out our receipt to show what we had. After this, they began getting very pushy, and started slamming everything attempting to hurry up and being short to push us out after someone else had walked in. This was our first time at this location for subway and honestly I wouldn’t recommend going there at all. Even through the drive threw trying to order they seemed pushy like they didn’t want you there.

The store manager Sarah doesn't care about her employees, her attitude is terrible towards her customers. She doesn't care bout her position as a gm. She can't handle the pressure when it's busy and her laziness needs to stop or she needs to step down as gm.

I felt like I was a burden to the workers. They appeared to be irritated at each other or about their job. Regardless, you don’t take it out on your customers. The chicken salad was just chicken with mayonnaise on top with no seasonings or anything. The bread was so dry it just crumbled and the chips were stale. If you want to ask for a tip, at least put in an effort for good customer service and provide a quality product. I remember when Subway was delicious and I ate there all of the time. It has went downhill over the last few years. I normally only leave positive reviews for a business. However, this is ridiculous. I have worked in fast food and I get it. People can be horrible to deal with and it is stressful. However, don’t run a business like this and expect customers to keep coming back or to tip your employees when they behave like this.

We have visited this location for at least 2 years & always split a sub between us. We both have different likes for our sandwiches. On today's visit I was informed 2 cheeses 1 for each half of the Sandwich is a Upcharge without telling me What the uncharged was. The employee was already put out with Attitude when I asked her to split the sandwich in half because it was for 2 people & told me it would be cut in half. I informed her to take the cheese off my sandwich I was not paying the uncharge. Then when I get to the windows the Young Black Manager tells me she is refusing my service. We have visited this location for Sometime & Always enjoy seeing Theresa at this location. But after today we Will NOT return to this location. Your manager acted like she was being Put out by being asked to do her job. Once your employees start running away customers you lose not the customers. This is review was not based on the fact that she was Black but by her interaction with me & treatment towards me. My Husband is a Black Man.
