My husband and our two kids stopped to grab four sandwhiches for a quick dinner to take the park and enjoy. As we went to place our orders many employees acted distant and confused, the elderly women wearing a back brace who appeared to be in a position of leadership not only disrespected my family but her employees as well. As our young son tried to practice his confidence and order himself, the older lady repeatedly rolled her eyes and shook her head as he ordered three meats. She yelled at employees as we tried to order. Then at the end of our order informed the employee, not us, that she cannot even accept our form of payment. This was a shockingly unfortunate experience for our young boys who tried to order for themselves and felt judged and embarrassed but we feel horrible for that older ladies employees as well. They were treated stupid. Very disappointed. And slowest experience ever.

Very poor service. Mngr had helped me She was touching everything in store with same pair of gloves on ,rubbing her chin then pulling out a scale to weigh titan turkey ,Got reg turkey for the titan turkey.was less than normal. I was surprised to see this but okay,I let it go on,I asked for onions and banana peppers mayo ,Chipotle south west,The whole time I was paying attention to mngr ,she never changed gloves after helping 3 more people,Not cool. I paid and asked if it was franchise store ,I threw my sub in trash and walked out. And I forgot ,I got mustard instead of southwest sauce, I watched as she done it. It was worth the 13.00 to me to see what kinda place and where not to eat. I can see trying to save money and get bigger bonus, keep a better store and better customer service, reviews, No negative comments is the key and customer satisfaction.
I'm not a mask wearing germ nut but I don't want people touching there face and handles on the bread warmer ,then money and handling my food.

I ordered online and requested one of them toasted (as it didn't ask me) and crispy bacon. I requested they cut the pieces) all I got was a cold flathead and not the right kind chips or drink. And, when calling for an 1/2 hrs and not getting thru to them. I'll never order from them again.
I had a great experience here. Employees were very nice and were helpful with my order. The sandwich was really good and made with care. The place was clean and very well taken care of..

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. 30 minutes later I went to pick them up and they were not even started yet!! The app said they were ready. They said they were busy and training new people. However 3 of them were standing around talking. When I asked for my money back, the manager was taking her sweet time even though I told her she was making me late to work. So I barely made it to work on time with no sandwich for lunch and no sandwich for dinner later while I am at work. I am telling everyone at Stellantis I know not to go to this subway on 125 north Dixon Kokomo Indiana.
