Waited in drive thru for 26 minutes. She said she would be with us in a minute when we 1st pulled up. About 9 minutes in, I asked "hello" she said she was finishing an order and be right with us....drove off after 26 minutes.

This is THE SLOWEST place to get food. I have no idea why it takes so long. I could probably eat at a sit down restaurant and be done in the amount of time it takes for a cold cut sandwich to be made. It’s entirely ridiculous.

My sandwich wasnt cut properly it looks like someone ripped it apart with thier fingers and it all mashed up. the portions of meat and veg is out of wack way to much veg and like no meat to top it off it took like 30 mins

Ordered online,got there 10 minutes past time it was supposed to be ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes because they were making sandwiches for 2 people that came in. What's the purpose of online ordering?? Staff member named Damien was very rude,cussed at me. Told him I wanted managers phone number,said he didn't have it. I will be paying them a visit tomorrow. 35 dollars and food was garbage

This might seem like a silly complaint but, I ordered two sandwiches. They’re placed in one bag and I go on my way. I get home to carry them and the bag breaks. Both of my sandwiches hit the floor and because the person making them didn’t put a sticker on the sandwhiches. They unwrapped open and now I can’t eat them because they’re covered in dirt. All because a sticker didn’t get placed. 26 dollars down the drain.

Well a couple things. Customer service is awful and most don't know anything. I ordered a salad with chicken breast and gave them the vegetables I wanted. I was asked do u want lettuce in ur salad. What else am I going to have in a salad? Got my salad took it to work and it was a small container with hardly anything in it. I had 3 small pieces off a chicken breast and missing 3 of the 7 items I asked on it. Went back today to try again and same thing. They have to be giving someone else the rest of the chicken breast. It is ridiculous that u pay over 10 bucks for a salad and u hardly get anything and 2 to 3 pieces of a breast. This is robbery. To pay that much for something that wouldn't feed a child. Let alone an adult.their salad containers use to be big. Now they are downright small. Goodbye subway.
