The food all tasted fresh, the lobby was clean and very spacious, and the staff were happy, friendly, and ON IT!
Absolutely hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Subway. Princess Mayo (store manager) is an absolute sweetheart while tending to us and made great suggestions on different combinations to try on our subs. Will most definitely visit this location again! And they have the cutest box of cookies!
Service is super slow here one of the workers walked off the line from making food to answer her phone we arrived around 6:30 pm and didnt leave till 7:04pm there was only 4 people in front of us it was insane
I watched a car in front of me drive off due to not being acknowledged at the drive through. I as well, waited 4 min & was not acknowledged. I drive up to the window & see two employees working & 1 customer inside. Please tell me why we couldn't be acknowledged even to say please hold or give us a minute.
Never greeted or served. People just kept working on online orders and never served us. Left. Please train your people better.

Went in to order, vegetables were old and dried up the lettuce was brown, someone in management needs to check out the store, not going back to this subway ...disgusting....
“It will be a little while”. 20 minutes later. “I’m sorry we are really busy inside, it will be awhile”. What is up with the subways in kokomo? Tell the person waiting that it’s going to take half a hour of your lunch break sitting in the drive thru only to then have to leave. Customer service is no longer a thing. Put up a sign to tell us to go somewhere else. #trappedinthedrivethru

My wife and I ordered 2 footlong subs for lunch. I pulled up to the drive thru "we put the order in on the app." It took about 4-5 minutes to get a response, then was told it would be a few min. That was not a big deal at all.the girl acted like I interrupted her personal time. When I got home we opened our subs and both were wrong, my wife was missing most of the veggies that she ordered, and it was completely dry, meaning no sauce what so ever.mine was supposed to be not toasted it was toasted, all veggies except for green peppers were missing and again no sauce. I would not recommend this subway at all.do yourself a favor and go to the one across town like I should have done

This Subway puts out great sandwiches, however; has some issues. The drive through speaker is SUPER loud and kind of hard to understand the worker on the other end. Last few times I've been there the service has been.....lacking. The poor ladies looked like they didn't want to be there and were kinda short with me while ordering/paying. But like I said good sandwiches and inside is usually very clean.

Visited the Subway location near Indian Heights and as always, had great service. The employees are friendly. The bread, meats, and veggies are always fresh as one would expect.
Parking: Parking is available beside the building, as well as in front. The parking lot does include handicap parking as well.
