Ordered my food with no pico de gallo today, food did have pico on it, no big deal. Looped around to ask if they could fix it so they made a new one. While waiting for the food the girl at the drive thru, not realizing the window was cracked, started talking crap and mocking us for not wanting pico on our food, mind you it was because of allergies. Anyways, very unprofessional behavior making fun of customers for any reason. I didn't catch her name but she had pink hair🤷

Slowest service ever. Only wife and I inside, two at drive thru. Took 26min to get our simple order. Later, wife wanted to try a soft taco and took 21min to get. Hard metal(crude) chairs. Don't go there.

I’ve always used the app for pick up through this location, this time got the confirmation email & order receipt like normal. And was told they didn’t have my order, I thought that was odd at first. But, now after being instructed by the manager I attempted to cancel the order ( fun fact the app/ website will not let you ) And just reordered, now for a second time this happened & I’m out $84.04 from 2 separate orders I NEVER RECEIVED. And, after the second I went inside to speak to a manager. Instead the manager kept sending the drive thru employee over instead of talking to me herself. Which is completely unprofessional, all I wanted was additional info on what I could do to dispute the orders. And instead was ignored to my face by the manager & just getting to speak with an employee who barely knew what she was talking about. Save your money & time & go elsewhere this store obviously doesn’t care enough to even attempt to help their customers. Would have put 0 stars if I could have!

My husband ordered a grilled cheese bruito and they gave him a black bean grilled cheese bruito and he ordered nacho chese dlt with no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on them and my father n law ordered the number 2 and they didn't put the sour cream or tomatoes on it

As an older person, I've seen a lot in my lifetime. Been through a lot of ups and downs, and many many bitter disappointments in life. Now that I reflect back on all those years, I realize almost all those disappointments came from Taco Bell. Let's face it, ever since they discontinued the Enchirito years ago this place has gone downhill in quality of food. Now the customer service is tanking! When you order a nacho bell grande combo, and they literally dump the small pieces of chips from the bottom of the chip bag in the bowl, and sorta cover it up in toppings, all you taste is a very pronounced flavor of bitter disappointment! Especially when you pay a ridiculous $12 for this bottom of the barrel trash! They could care less about whether you feel like you at least got what you paid for.

Taco Bell on 931 at the edge of town The manager there is rude and obnoxious and I was there the second day I was in town asking for directions it took about two or three minutes and the person was asked to just let me find it myself showing no sympathy for new people that travel in and out of your town The young man at the window was from Peru Indiana and explain to me that he knew the area pretty well and I appreciated his help there was no one else in line behind me I wasn't blocking anybody but the manager thought that by the gentleman showing me a level of compassion as I was a stranger at the time that it was not appropriate I find the manager inappropriate
