I always feel so bad for the employees in this store- most seem young and without solid leadership, they seem to be genuinely doing their best but have very little experience. Every time I’ve been here, they are behind on orders and not once did I ever see or hear a manager leading them. Though the service takes longer than average, the food itself has always been fresh and the orders are always correct.

Constantly have to go back to items not in bag.
Order extra ingredients on an item, pay for that extra, but it is never put together with what was paid for.
Constantly out of items (chicken, beef, etc.).
Just a garbage location, with subpar staff.

It's the best tacobell in town!! They've opened early to accommodate my children and I when our restroom was being serviced

1 star, got my order wrong at drive through, went in explained it was wrong the manager looked at me and said what am I supposed to do about it. After wait 20 minutes a general employee asked her manager to help her refund me, that manager ignored her also. I asked for the manager of the person that gave me problems and they refused to give me a name or who to call and claimed they needed both receipts back.
