I been there twice and each time no one came to the counter to take my order. Can't go online to make an order unless u set a time for later for u to pick it up hot and fresh. Whatever happened to actually going into a restaurant to place an order? When did Taco Bell stop doin that?

The morning crew here always does a phenomenal job. They’re really friendly and do a great job making sure things like fries and chips are full enough. Adam H was my cashier this morning and didn’t complain about me ordering nacho fries so early in the morning! I appreciate how friendly he was taking my order and how fast I got my food! I felt a shoutout should be made.
I come in frequently and can say they run out of items at night once every couple weeks- but they do a great job getting everything you order to you promptly and they’re the friendliest fast food crew on both mornings and nights. I definitely prefer this Taco Bell location over any of the others in town :)

This is more to get managers attention. The food and service is great, orders are always right. But I don't know if the location is understaffed or scheduled poorly, the employees are always overworked whenever I go to this location. Managers definitely need to get on it.

Parking: Plenty of parking you should never have a problem finding a parking spot. Also there are plenty of handicap spots

Made a mobile order and store said they didn’t receive it although our app said otherwise. Employees were NOT understanding of situation. If mobile ordering is down they are able to shut it off through the app. This location doesn’t feel the need to do that. Don’t come here if you don’t want your money taken and food. Horrible customer service. Thankfully one employee was understanding and was helpful. FOOD IS MISSING AND SLOPPY.

Typically hit or miss. Sometimes its really good, sometimes they mess up everything on your order. Kinda unreliable but if you get lucky, it's worth it.

Food is always very good, hot from my experience. The location i went (markland iirc) to's service wasn't that great, the employees weren't very friendly. Didn't give me the sauces i asked for. But food was good so i can't really complain much.;)

The food was dry and hard. The cinnamon twist tasted like they were fried in burnt oil.
The only Taco Bell out of the four town that is open and or available. Don't bother worst service of any fast food restaurant I have ever had. $57 worth of Taco Bell no napkins, silverware that I ordered that needed silverware. And got asked three times if I wanted any soft, I said yes a lot of mild please. You think I got any? Absolutely not, the girl working the drive-thru doesn't know anything on the menu and was so distracted with whatever she doing everything with two items I ordered had to be repeated two or three times. I will go home and make my own tacos before I order any food from this location on markland again
