Constantly have to go back to items not in bag. Order extra ingredients on an item, pay for that extra, but it is never put together with what was paid for. Constantly out of items (chicken, beef, etc.). Just a garbage location, with subpar staff.

1 star, got my order wrong at drive through, went in explained it was wrong the manager looked at me and said what am I supposed to do about it. After wait 20 minutes a general employee asked her manager to help her refund me, that manager ignored her also. I asked for the manager of the person that gave me problems and they refused to give me a name or who to call and claimed they needed both receipts back.

I been there twice and each time no one came to the counter to take my order. Can't go online to make an order unless u set a time for later for u to pick it up hot and fresh. Whatever happened to actually going into a restaurant to place an order? When did Taco Bell stop doin that?

The morning crew here always does a phenomenal job. They’re really friendly and do a great job making sure things like fries and chips are full enough. Adam H was my cashier this morning and didn’t complain about me ordering nacho fries so early in the morning! I appreciate how friendly he was taking my order and how fast I got my food! I felt a shoutout should be made.
I come in frequently and can say they run out of items at night once every couple weeks- but they do a great job getting everything you order to you promptly and they’re the friendliest fast food crew on both mornings and nights. I definitely prefer this Taco Bell location over any of the others in town :)

This is more to get managers attention. The food and service is great, orders are always right. But I don't know if the location is understaffed or scheduled poorly, the employees are always overworked whenever I go to this location. Managers definitely need to get on it.

Made a mobile order and store said they didn’t receive it although our app said otherwise. Employees were NOT understanding of situation. If mobile ordering is down they are able to shut it off through the app. This location doesn’t feel the need to do that. Don’t come here if you don’t want your money taken and food. Horrible customer service. Thankfully one employee was understanding and was helpful. FOOD IS MISSING AND SLOPPY.
