The only thing this taco bell does consistently is leave you waiting for 30 minutes
Update: took 38 minutes to get my food and it was cold. I'll never be back to this location. What a waste of money and time.
Currently writing this review stuck in the drive thru. I have been here for 25 minutes. I have already paid through the app and cant get out of the drive thru. Love wasting my whole lunch just waiting to get food. Service is not usually the quickest at this location but today its absolutely awful.
Usually I have no issues coming here after work but today December 17th at 12:30 am apparently the guy today couldn't read what was my order since I asked for NO SOUR CREAM and he put it on it anyways and now I can't eat it cause sour cream makes me wanna puke... there was no fiesta chips on it or the extra beef and onions, there was rice in my burrito even tho I said no rice nor did it come with it. My cinnamon twist was underdone, my spicy potato taco that I substituted for chicken well thought it be good until I was servered over cooked chicken that nearly chipped my tooth, if you gonna neglect someones food then don't work in food business this was unacceptable!!!!
We came into taco bell ordered 3 cheesy double beef burritos, 3 nacho Doritos tacos and an order of cinnamon twist. We waited for 30 mins to find out they bagged our food as door dash and it was cold as well as the Doritos tacos were crushed and the cinnamon twist were dumped into the bag all over and then the woman said oh well she took something out of the bag yes the 3 cheesy burritos and the cinnamon twist we told her she can check the table if she would like to verify and she was very rude

Took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru for my pick up
The management needs to be retrained. They run out of staple items like drinks and menu items constantly. Also they stop taking cash around 8:00pm but they don’t tell you that until you reach the window. Some of us enjoy paying with cash but apparently Taco Bell does not like to count their drawers at night.

The slowest drive through I’ve ever seen. Literally have been sitting here for 23 minutes. Ridiculous, I literally got 2 things off the value menu as well
I always feel so bad for the employees in this store- most seem young and without solid leadership, they seem to be genuinely doing their best but have very little experience. Every time I’ve been here, they are behind on orders and not once did I ever see or hear a manager leading them. Though the service takes longer than average, the food itself has always been fresh and the orders are always correct.
