We came in for an 80th Birthday dinner on Sunday. They accommodated us with our expanded party of 18 (we had originally made reservations for 15). The server had great communication and was very attentive to our orders. Big shout out to her and staff that helped to make our meal memorable! Thanks.

If I could leave a zero star review I would but I guess 1 star will have to do. I have never had a problem with any Texas Roadhouse I’ve gone to before until I decided to stop at this particular one in Kokomo. Our waiter Josh, I believe, has to be new or just does not care about his job and maintaining good customer service. He did not put in our cactus blossom until we had one of the managers go and put it in causing it to arrive a few minutes before our main meals. He walked away after we were trying to order and didn’t say anything just walked off and came back 5 or so minutes later to then take our orders where he messed up hugely. My cousin ordered a medium well sirloin that came out rare and chewy and ordered 2 plain mashed potatoes that came out loaded. Also my boyfriend and I split a meal and one of our sides was supposed to be steak fries and came out as corn. He never came to check on our table to ask for refills of our drinks or more rolls and take away the used plates that were piling up. All around one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve experienced from a reateraunt in a very long time. This location needs to do better. I will at least say the manager is doing his best and was very helpful and nice.

The last two times have been very unsatisfactory. Fried catfish has always been a favorite. It was too salty. That's terrible for those on a low salt diet. The baked potato was over done.Tonight my husband got take out.The salad was gritty.The shrimp and rice was too salty....again. there was salad but no baked potato. So we each got two salads.We have always loved Texas Roadhouse. WHAT HAPPENED?4-7-2024. 432-0998

We ate at the Texas Roadhouse in Kokomo, IN. I had my favorite normally porterhouse steak medium which is normally so tender and juicy… I received mine over cooked and very tough! I sent it back… when they come back with my steak it belonged to someone else and they had received mine, by this time my partner had already eaten all his food and we had to go!!!

Ribs were overcooked on the outside, couldn't eat that part . . They were just barely warm .Beef tips were just barely warm as well .Disappointing lunch for Easter . And they weren't that busy .

Went in ordered a bowl of chili and pulled pork sandwich, almost an hour went by no food. Stuff that is easily already prepped FRUSTRATED got up and walked out. Probably last time I go to this location.
