The English Rose Tea Room

Visited today for lunch w/ 8 ladies from our neighborhood. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. The house has been beautifully maintained w/ so much character. The Quiche Loraine and salad w/ homemade raspberry dressing were delicious. Gluten free options were available (for those in our group). Brought a piece of German Chocolate home to enjoy later today. Plan to return.

Came to eat but was turned away bc they were having a murder mystery event and not accepting people for dine-in. Online says they are open with no mention of requiring reservation.

Everything from tea to sandwiches to pastries was extremely delicious! Friendly owner and workers. Great ambience in a lovely Victorian home.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Perfect place to dress pretty and sip a cup of tea.I reserved with them and the following photos show what comes when you order The Grand High Tea.The people here were friendly and the enviorment was calm.The House of the establishment is beautiful.If you enjoy tea and love the idea of eating sandwiches and sweets whether solo or with friends/family. This is the place.For non tea drinkers, they have non-fat options. Would reccomend having the tea.

The black current tea was wonderful. The spinach and feta quiche was delicate and delicious, the melon was flavorful, the salad was crisp and colorful. And, grandma's cherry delight was scrumptious. The atmosphere was tranquil and the waitstaff and the chef were very solicitous. I greatly enjoyed the dining experience.

It was a fun experience! The jalapeño popper grilled cheese was delicious! Our server didn’t explain the tea service very well so we opted out it! Also there was a large group that came in to celebrate a little girl birthday and she ran up the stairs and a man working there started yelling at the child and the mom handled the situation! But it was a innocent kid! Maybe don’t have children in there! It kinda put a damper on our experience! Like we going to get yelled at for doing something wrong!

Absolutely beautiful home inside & out. Food was delicious, beautifully served & reasonably priced. Must mention our sweet, efficient server, Rewa. She was such a delight! The owners even made an appearance & were very kind & cordial. Mom & I will definitely be returning. Loved it!

Just had lunch at this charming tea room! The house is grand & beautifully restored. The owner who waited on us was kind & attentive. The food was delicious! A must try if you love tea rooms!

Had a little mix up on making a reservation & finding a place to park is a little tricky. Besides that it was great my mom, sister, & me enjoyed it. It's like being at an actual tea party. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try

We visited the English Rose recently and loved it! The food was excellent, the service was wonderful and the decor was beautiful. I plan on making a return visit soon and would definitely recommend it for a lovely meal.
